I called Eddie on a Friday evening to help my elderly parents in Mattituck with their broken AC unit on one of the hottest days of the summer. Amazing professional service. I'm actually floored. Eddie responded to my frantic message for emergency A/C service on a Friday night and was there - way out on the East End - the very next morning. He was kind and communicative, and fixed everything. My tenant later texted me to mention how very nice and comforting he was to her. Make Eddie and his team your very first call. This is a great company. Ed always tries to fit us in even though he is very busy, and everyone is extremely knowledgeable, capable and professional. They even helped fix one of our issues with our AC over the phone for us, when they easily could have come and charged us for a service call. I wouldn’t use any other company for heating/cooling. Thanks ECE!
