Needed a consultation on boiler repair and requested an appointment. What a relief it was to discover my unit didn't need any replacement. They cleaned it, and did some magic, sorry I am not tech-savvy. They don't charge a lot. Totally recommend them to all those hesitating.
What a great experience it has been using ECE Air to get the air conditioning system at our condo repaired. Ed is the owner, and he's a very friendly fellow, very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem (a very slow leak), and was able to quickly get a new coil. José and Rodrigo came to perform the repair, and were very professional at all times, laying down drop-cloth to protect my carpeting, and completely cleaning everything up after the job was done. I highly recommend using ECE Air Inc.

ECE has been my go to for 11 years. He is responsive, competitively priced and a really hard worker. So are his team. I’m very happy to have my new AC units so quickly installed right in the beginning of summer. He’s very knowledgeable and has saved us in several situations over the years including not spending money unnecessarily.

Asked around and did a search for someone to check out our 50 year old furnace which developed a slight drip. ECE was rated high and I liked that Eddie responded to the comments, especially the negative ones. I had called other plumbers but no one would return my call. I sent Eddie pictures/video of the leak and said he wouldn't touch it because it was so rusted. Eddie than gave me a quick price on phone to replace the furnace before he knew what was involved, but said his lead man would need to take a look. After Rob came by he saw we had 4 zones and would need a 5th for hot water (we had an old solar hot water system that died several years ago) and said Eddie would get back with me. The price was quite a bit higher than he originally quoted and I said I needed another quote. Again getting someone to call back was tough and when I finally got someone their price was even higher. Using ECE which specializes in HVAC was the better choice and we are so glad we did. Rob and his team came in early in the morning and worked very hard, especially removing the 100 gallon water tank. They left us a couple of heaters and were back early the next morning. The job took much longer than anticipated but they worked until after 8pm making sure all zones worked properly and all air was bled out. Was very impressed with Rob especially when he was able to take my joking around. Eddie was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend ECE.
Eddie answered right away and was able to accommodate me on short notice when I had no heat without making me wait all night for someone to show up. The prices are competitive and the technician who arrived was knowledgeable, quick, clean and friendly. I would 100% call them again.
It’s was a winter weekend Sunday service emergency spoke with Eddie he came right over to fix our oil burner 4 hrs… would not leave until it was working even called an hour later .. after he left for a follow up … excellent service .. thank you Eddie ….NICK and DEB
I called ECE due to a leak of our heating system. A lot of places have an answering service taking calls and you never hear back, but I was able to get in touch with the owner immediately. I texted him some pictures of the leak, and we determined it was okay to wait until the next day (no one was going to be home that afternoon to let him in). Eddie showed up when he said he would and explained exactly what the issue was (a clogged up, corroded condensate pump) and was able to fix it on the spot. He also called the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I will definitely be switching to regular service with ECE. I can't think of another company where you talk to the owner and can you get his cell phone number if there are any problems. In this world of automated everything, it's so refreshing to have a real person (not to mention the owner) willing to talk to you. THAT is top-notch service!!
This company is excellent. I understand that stuff happens around the holiday's unfortunately, but they came right away. Literally had it running in 5 minutes. Eddie is phenomenal. Above & beyond. Will be a customer for life. Don't hesitate. He is the real deal.

Found ourselves at 9pm with no hot water or heat when our burner decided to randomly stop working. New homeowner panic set in and we quickly found Eddie’s business after a brief google search and he got back to me in less than 30 minutes and told us exactly what to do over the phone and our boiler started working again within a minute! He was amazing and we will be getting our furnace regularly serviced by Eddy from now on. He saved us from a very cold shower on a cold night! Thank you Eddie!

Ed was very responsive. One of our units was not cooling during the heat wave. We called Ed and he arrived first thing in the morning and solved the problem. We asked if the unit needed replacement he said no save your money. His rates and bills are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him. Joel B, East Hampton
Had an amazing experience with them yesterday. Our HVAC stopped working and they came within hours!!!! They gave us tips on how to use the machine and honestly I was so so impressed!!!!
