Called at 8am looking for help with our AC unit. Spoke with Eddie (owner) who helped troubleshoot. Eddie and his team showed up a few hours later (same day service) and were super helpful. Had the problem fixed and our air back on within 30 minutes. They were brilliant; highly recommend ECE Air.
We calledECE air to make an appointment for an air conditioning problem. Instead the owner asked us to check a few things before we made an appointment. In doing so we solved the issue which was a new filter was needed. I will use this company in the future for all problems related to heating and air. We are grateful for his kind assistance

In a late summer of 2017, I learned from my Tenant that the air-condition broke down. I contacted Ed and he responded right away. Ed installed new air-condition by the house. AC broke down this weekend. Found ECE on Google and gave them a call. Weather was terrible but they promised to come once it cleared up. Fixed the problem quickly and gave advice on future issues that may arise. Will definitively use them again.
Air conditioner wasn't working and turned out it was an issue with the furnace. Eddie took the call and showed up on Monday of the long weekend. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He ordered the part, picked it up and replaced it on the Tuesday. Very happy with the results. Fingers crossed, we'll have no issues in the winter.
Installed a new ac system in our attic. Two days after, our attic flooded leading to water damage to ceilings below. Turns out they never connected the water hose that feeds the unit - not an easy thing to miss. After repairing and paying for the damage, the unit never worked well. Several months later we engaged a different company and it turns out the unit was improperly installed from the get go. This whole event was preceded by several other “repairs” to other units that also required return visits because they just never seemed to get the job done. Avoid them. While the main guy (owner?) is very afable on the phone, they don’t know what they are doing.

What can I say about ECE??? When Hardy (my long -standing AC repair company) told me they could not service my non-working air conditioning unit for 8 days, I needed to find a new AC service company. I was so fortunate to reach Eddie of ECE. He understood my problem and although he was solidly booked would somehow fit me in. At 7:30pm, Eddie and his assistant James arrived and fixed my problem in 10 minutes. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable but wonderfully pleasant. They even changed all my filters before leaving. I will now be a loyal customer going forward and feel so fortunate to have discovered ECE but most importantly to have had the pleasure of working with Eddie....a true professional!!! Rob was incredibly generous with his help when I called in the middle of the night - needing help with my forced air furnace. Two thumbs up!
Called Ed on a Sunday expecting a call back Monday , Ed called me Sunday late afternoon asked be about my boiler problem, he was able to determine exactly what the issue was and scheduled my repair for first thing Monday. His crew was on-time, courteous and professional. They worked quickly to resolve the boiler's issue. Price quoted was exactly price paid. Customer Service does still matter in today's modern world and ECE delivers.
Eddie promptly responded and took time to troubleshoot my HVAC problem figuring out the issue before it cost me $100’s in service bills. He was the only one to call me back knowing it was a repair issue as opposed to wanting to buy and install a new piece of equipment which it seems the other HVAC companies in this area will only get out of bed for this time of year.
Thank you Ed and Rob for coming to our rescue with our central air problem we had. They came the same day and did what needed to be done to fix the air conditioning in our home. I will be referring you to my friends and family.
called to ask for service. he was so nice on the phone and honest!! said, if it aint broke dont fix it .. for my mitsubichi slim air conditioners. he said with a flashlight just check for mildew. and dont have technicians come in and mess with it!! great honest buissness man!!! thank you!!
