I called to schedule a service call and spoke to Bo. I explained the problem and Bo asked a few questions to gauge the situation. He knew what the problem was after hearing about the symptoms and helped me fix the problem over the phone This was an easy fix and got the furnace back up and running. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism and time. I will definitely call EBI anytime I need HVAC service.
Friendly, on time, professional. Bo does what it takes to get the job done. I would highly recommend.
Tried to call and gain advice on where to get parts to fix my own a/c in lansing MI, got nothing but rude remarks and belittling by some dude “BOE”. Just because someone doesn’t have the same “level of experience” or is not licensed doesn’t qualify this level of disrespect. They probably do great work, but the level of attitude from a grown man over the phone was blatantly wrong.
