These guys replaced our HVAC system in two days for a very reasonable price and were very detailed and efficient. This is a small team but they know there stuff and don't try to sell you things you don't need. We really like the ecobee set up too... highly recommended
Thank gosh I found Eastwood air!! I’ve had some serious problems with another company- who gave me an insane quote and it turns out I didn’t even need everything they said I did. John came out and checked out my air and was able to quickly fix the problem, for nearly half the cost of the other company! So grateful he was able to take care of it in this summer heat. Thanks!
They came out 3 weeks ago and we put a servuce order in. Have not been able to reach them or recieve a call back in nearly 3 weeks. I would leave a zero star rating if it was possible. Ive left 26 messages for janette as well as my home warranty company. Their technicians broke a water pipe while assessing my furnace and after 3 weeks we still have not gotten an answer when we call or a call back. I would have gone through another company already but they failed to turn in my paperwork to the home warranty company so there is a hold up. If anyone has a different number to call to hopefully get an answer please leave a comment. I have never gone through such a negligent company in my 31 years. Usually we pay a company and they do the work, not this company...we pay them and then they ignore our calls and never come out again

There customer service was awesome on time called just before arriving , and Joe the tech was totally awesome I LEARNED MORE FROM HIM IN 1 DAY THEN IN 5 YRS FROM BUILDER OR BUELTER AIR ON OUR SYSTEM, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE HONESTY, VERY PATIENT AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND MORE THIS WAS A VERY WELCOME WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR A CHANGE WE NEED MORE JOE'S IN THE WORLD MAKING SURE I NEW IT ALL BE FORE HE LEFT ,THANKYOU EASTWOOD AIR ,IN LODI FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM KODO'S TO YOU AND DOUBLE KODO'S TO JOE .THANK YOU ,MRS,FALL ,MANTECA
