If you're looking for a business that has zero follow up and can't find parts for your unit , give them a call. Unfortunately was assigned this company as a contractor through American Home Shield . They were dispatched in begining of June due to my evaporator drain pan leaking on my vertical unit. I was notified that the pan was on back order and would let me know when it came in. This resulted in me calling about every two weeks for an update and was told they would call me back with an ETA. Not once did I ever recieve a call back and recieve an update. I tried to be patient due to the knowledge of shortages of parts in all industries across the nation. Finally got fed up after 3 months and knew it wasnt a part shortage just a lazy contractor not doing his due diligence. September 20th, spent about 10 minutes finding the drip pan myself and would be delivered at my door September 22nd. Texted the contractor that I was able to get the part and when he could fit me in his schedule . Surpise Surpise never got any communication back. It wasnt till I called the warranty company to change contractors that i finally got an update. It was to state that they weren't able to use the customer supplied part that I have been waiting on for 3 months for no reason . Now I'm waiting on ET Comfort to send an authorization to the warranty company refusing the work. I'm thinking it will be another 3 months for them to get around to that as well.
Tracy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within two days he was back for the repair. Had my A/C up and running in no time. Tracy was professional and courteous and I highly recommend him.
My home warranty sent me a text at 10:02pm that ETX Comfort Solutions would be contacting me to repair my A/C. Tracy called at 10:03 pm and said he was in the area and could run by to see what the problem was. He had my A/C up and running by 11:00pm. Thank you for your quick response. I highly recommend East Texas Comfort Solutions.
Quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. Had parts on hand.
I put in ticket for home warranty at 10 pm and was contacted within 5 mins. He came next day on a Sunday and it’s Father’s Day. Fixed issue and was fast and efficient. I would recommend to everyone!
These guys are hands down the best in East Texas. The fastest efficient service! I highly recommend.
The Tech was very profession and friendly, listened to my concerns and fixed the problem immediately. The cost was reasonable and i will definitely be calling again if needed. Highly recommended company for the East Texas area.
