Mark is an honest and hardworking person. He's done lots of work for me, both big and small jobs and he's always been very fair and reliable. I find him to be trustworthy and friendly. He's someone I can depend on.
I had a good experience with East Ottawa Mechanical. I called with a "small" project in mind and he was all positive and supportive when I kept adding more to his list. He worked with all my questions and requests like a pro and I appreciate his kindness. Thanks for everything.

Call someone else. These guys showed up at my house without even confirming with me that they were sending someone out so I was still calling contractors when the guy showed up on my doorstep. It was pretty evident from the beginning he was clueless as he spent most of the time he was at my house on the phone. When the technician showed up to fix my geo thermal unit he spent 3.5 hours guessing, literally guessing what the problem was. About 40 minutes in, a hvac company I've used before called and said they could come out..i asked the kid at my house if he was sure he could fix my unit, even offered to pay for his time so far and send him on his way, no hard feelings. He said he was very confident. I should of sent him packing. While he was doing nothing on my geo thermal unit, I fixed my own back up gas furnace with no help or input from him. At 4 o clock he said he was out of time and would come back another time to actually do something. When he handed me the invoice for 338 dollars I said that it seemed pretty steep for what he did, which, was NOTHING. He had the gall to tell me I had no heat when he showed up. I reminded him who fixed it. I could go on. Long story short, call someone else
These guys are amazing! We had a broken water heater this morning and they came out so fast and fixed it at a great price! I can't thank you enough for getting our family back up and running with hot water! Will recommend any day! Thanks again!
