Andrew is a very knowledgeable a/c technician. He is resourceful and helpful. I had used Earls service in my previous house, now I am renewing the service in my new home.
Service was timely and professional. Jesus H. quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and secured the necessary parts. Job was done in about an hour(incuding a trip to the parts facility).
Call was response to warrety. Appointment was booked, confimed via text. Recieved text alerting us that Jesus H. was enroute within the scheduled time. He was personable and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, had the part that needed to be replaced, installed it and the problem was fixed. Very positive experience.
Christian C & his helper dilengtly replaced an AC System & repaired the heating system allll day in intense heat over 100°. They knew their job well & were very thorough... They even cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing to be done. AC feels sooooo GOOD!!
They came out with part to fix evap cooler, forgot to bring the part. Came back with part, installed it and no cold air after they left ! I even showed them there was NO cold water running into the evaporative cooler before they left!!!😡😡😡😡
Lance and his partner James did a great job of finding the kinks that were in both our air conditioners and were able to solve these kinks with no sweat

Andrew was professional, thorough and knowledgeable in every aspect of our furnace installation. He answered all my questions and left me feeling that we couldn’t have gotten a better job from anyone. Earl’s was easy to deal with, prompt and kind. Wow! Our H/VAC was barely working. I requested an appointment and they were already in the area so they came out same day and fixed the problem in less than hour for a nominal cost. What great guys! So capable and responsive. We now have an HVAC service we can rely on which is so important living in a climate where your life could literally depend on having a working A/C system. So happy with them. Update: unfortunately the fix we thought would work didn't solve all our problems, but Andrew came back the next day and exhaustively diagnosed our system. While it wasn't the news we were hoping for, it was not unexpected. We knew we would need a full system replacement eventually. Andrew carefully explained all our options between continuing to repair our old system or replacing with new. He outlined costs and pros and cons of each choice in a clear and transparent way that allowed us to make the best choice. Our decision to replace our tired old system was the right one and Earl's A/C made it as affordable as they could for us. Two days later we have a great new HVAC installed and what a difference! Andrew and team also found additional, hidden problems left by the company we had replace our air handler two years ago. He carefully cleaned up their mess and showed us what he was doing so we knew exactly what problems were being corrected (they left huge leaks and air gaps and didn't connect the duct together, all of which he fixed.) Nobody wants a big expense like having to replace a major system, but when it happens it is a huge help to have a dependable service that gives good advice and treats the customer right. Andrew is the best, and we would happily give him all the stars in the sky!
