Tech performed summer check up told my wife condenser contactor needed to be replaced. For a fee of $720.00. This is a $20.00 Part I can't believe their is is that much overhead. Did the tech think my wife would say replace the contactor. I have been a Eans customer for 31 years, but no longer. I have also got no response from customer service about why they want to charge so much for a $20.00 part.

We booked an appointment online, for a next day appointment because our AC isn't keeping up in the heat. Because of this I am having health issues. About 30 minutes before the appointment window closed Eanes called to cancel the appointment because they were overbooked.

I had used Eanes in the past for my Ac maintenance and they had always been very honest and the price was fair until recently I called them to come out and check the ac because it wasn't blowing cold air they sent a technician out and he said that the ac was completely out of freon and it would be $7,0000.00 to fix it which he said included replacing the A coil at that time I told him no the unit is only 10 years old I called another company to come check it out turns out the unit was 2 lbs low on freon and had no leaks cost me $187.00 to fix it makes me wonder if the technician was just trying to make a big sale because I wasn't home when they came to check it I truly don't believe I'll be using Eanes ever again

We quoted 3 different companies and they were the most affordable. They are going to install our air system and a furnace. They are kind, patient and attentive, I am happy we went with this company*** Edit: They are definitely the most affordable, however the installers were less than professional. What happened with this company was 2 years ago, so I will not rehash issues with the installers. However the install as I said was 2 years ago and I'm still picking up trash/old parts that they left in my attic.

Replaced furnace. Adequate & clean work with good attitudes all around, and have the resources to work jobs right away (ultimately went with because they could install next day). Only turn off was the sales hustle - just not my cup of tea. Repair quote very high -> homeowner starts calculating that maybe should replace unit -> pitches very high replacement cost. The speed and convenience might be worth it to you, but don’t get taken advantage of. If you are making a major budget decision: know the value of the work, be prepared to negotiate majorly, and if you need to, get multiple quotes. If you are prioritizing cost and are not prepared to deal with a sales situation, there are other local companies with less marketing presence online that may be a better fit for you. Edit: Someone did call me to discuss the experience. Does not change my recommendation, but good on them for following up.

Didn’t answer their phone, but were happy to let me book online for a time. Waited two days for the time to arrive and they just didn’t show up. Been three days without heat thinking I had an appointment and I assume they are closed but they never tell you that anywhere and still allow you to book an appointment. Thanks for nothing!

Same day service for great price and very honest tech. Propane was too low and didn't take advantage of my elderly mom like another company that would only give her a quote for a new system. Thank you and God bless!

Matthew came out on short notice to fix my unit. He could not have been more professional, competent, understanding and did an excellent job in less than 30 minutes. If my AC is broken I am inviting Matthew From Eanes to come back!!

I am writing this review regarding the appointment we had for a quote on a new HVAC. Josh was the person who came and talked with my husband and me. He arrived on time and was so professional and friendly. He explained all of our options and because of his knowledge and kindness, we opted to go with Eanes and not get another quote from a different company. I'll be sure to post a review on the install process as well. If Josh is the company standard then I am sure it will be great.

Edit: Customer Service called and more than made it right. We have never had a company call us back after a survey to address our concern. Thank You! The guy that came out to look at our AC unit was very friendly however we were under the impression that a service call was around $90 according to their website. (It also says no surprise upfront costs) When I looked back at what we were charged on our account it was $121. My husband called to figure out why the cost was $30.00 more than we were expecting and was told that it was a gas charge. He then let them know that it was not on their website and was then told they don't like to advertise that. We totally understand adding on a gas charge right now but it’s good to inform the customer.

On the hottest day of the year to-date, our AC was showing 72 on both thermostats in our home but the actual temperature was 88! It was awful. To make matters worse, our 15-month old daughter was sick. At that time, we thought we had a service contract with Airtron so of course I reached out to them first. I called them a total of 4 times and the earliest appointment available was May 30th — 10 days later. Obviously, that unacceptable so I started looking up reputable companies. I came across this company and they had some pretty good reviews. The negative reviews were mainly related to missed appointments, which made me nervous but I took my chances. They also did not have any appointments available that day but I called back the next day and they had availability on Sunday (just 2 days later). On Sunday, I called again just to ensure someone was coming out and not only was a technician coming but he was ahead of schedule and wanted to come earlier than planned. Of course, that was OK with us! When Roberto arrived, he was courteous and wore a mask with no questions when my husband explained that he felt more comfortable due to a sick child being in the home. Even more importantly, he QUICKLY identified the issue, had the part available and was able to fix the issue in about an hour. We couldn’t thank him enough for his timeliness, knowledge and friendly demeanor. I couldn’t wait to call Airtron and brag about Eanes but also to cancel my appointment for May 30th (which turns out wasn’t even available because they were closed on Memorial Day, go figure). Nevertheless, we WILL use this company again and I WILL recommend them to others. Thank you, Eanes and thank you, Roberto!

We needed someone to repair our broken AC on a weekend and Roberto came out next day (Sunday) when other places couldn’t come out til mid next week and we’re going to charge double what Eanes did. Roberto was on time, very professional, courteously, kind, helpfully explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend.

Eanes is no longer a reliable company. In the latest incident, we were told by the phone rep that an install manager would call within 24 hours to answer our question. A week later, he still hasn't gotten back to us (nor has anyone else). This is NOT the first time poor customer service experiences have occurred with this company. Hasta la vista Eanes.

Scheduled an appointment to have my ac serviced because they were offering a $79 special. After scheduling, was told it wasn't really $79, there was an additional $20 fuel surcharge because of gas prices. This kind of felt like false advertising, but I still went with it. 24 hrs before my appointment, I missed a call from them. They left a message asking to reschedule due to overwhelming emergency calls. I tried to call them back twice, no answer. Called them again the day of my appointment and was told again that they were too busy to honor my appointment that was made days in advance. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this company, they did not honor a single thing they told me.

I checked "Service not listed" because I do not feel that a service was performed. My heating unit was not blowing out warm air. The technician performed a check, but did not fix the issue. He said the repair would be about $4500 and to replace the unit would be about $8000. I called another company and they were able to restore heat that day. I would not recommend this company or its services.

Duke Energy sent out an inspector for free who did a thorough report. I called Eanes on his recommendation 2 weeks later and the person who answered the phone said they do not have contractors to hire and they don't know of any. She transferred me to another person - same answer. WTH?

Hunter came out and helped with an issue I had been having with my heating during this cold winter. He was on time, helpful, dealt with the problem quickly and professionally, and was knowledgeable in what was going on. I highly recommend working with them!

The technician was nice and professional. He said we needed a new thermostat; price installed with service call was $519. The price was way to expensive, and we paid for the service call. We called a second company, and the technician said the thermostat was OK, out our furnace was worn out. Replacement cost was $10,000 to $22,000. I have a third company coming by today. This event has left me praying for an honest company with reasonable prices.
