The contractor came to my house to work on my boiler on a Sunday. He told me he would do the job for $150, only to charge me $250 when he was ready to leave. Broke the tube that measures the water level, said he would be back the next week to fix it, but when the date came he said the part was ordered and would be there the following week. I have been waiting since. I now have to pay another contractor to place this tube back. This guy is not a good business person and can not trust his word. Refuses to pick up the phone or text back.
Called them last fall for a winter check up. Came to home with no tools and had to supply ladder to check unit in the attic. Spent all of about 10 minutes at the house. Payment of $220 was supposed to cover both fall and spring checkup. Said they would call in the spring - never heard from them. Called at least six times, with no return call. Finally they answered and said they tried to call me back - they never did!! Made an appointment for the following week and you guessed it, they did not show up. Did not bother to call them back. Will eat the cost and find a more reputable and reliable company. Reporting them to BBB.

I used this business for a new A/C. They were very professional, responsive, and did an overall great job in the installation of my new unit at amazing pricing, as well! I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
They called me and booked an appointment on Saturday at 1.30pm. Nobody showed up, no phone call letting me know and wouldnt pick up the phone.
Nathan was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accurate. Hard to fine guys like that. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone in need of HVAC professional.
