They responded immediately. Wall furnace is lit. They verified is venting properly Bought the annual membership for $99 Paid with a check, but it was not easy, as they wanted credit or debit card. They did a good job

I was very pleased with the service I received from Eagle Rock Prestige HVAC. They were at my house within 24 hours of me calling. I was having issues with my hvac system, specially the air conditioning unit which we could turn on, but without blow cold air. As a woman, I'm always a little embarrassed of being taken advantage of, since I'm not too knowledgeable about the system, but I was very comfortable with the repair man, who it was a simple setting error, which he adjusted. I won't hesitate to call them again.
In the middle of winter, my furnace all of sudden shut off and was unable to provide heat. After I attempted to troubleshoot the issue, I realized I would need to hire someone to fix the job. After giving a local HVAC company a call, an employee arrived within an hour. The worker was able to get the furnace back on with relative ease. I was very satisfied and will recommend this company to everyone I know.
Last month my air condition unit gave out on me. If you know anything about Florida heat, you know that it is blistering. I gave them a call and they arrived the same day! They replaced my air conditioner system within 2 hours of arrival. Great service!
I had some trouble with air conditioning system, especially on heating & cooling. It only blew the heater when I turned on the cooler in the summer. Our renters were complaining whole time about it as they were all feeling heating from AC. Unfortunately, I had no general idea where to start for repair and I had no close friends who could help me with this issue. I called this guys, came to my house, and fixed it after an hour later. The pay was generous and I would love to call them again for any issues!
The middle of summer, the temperatures are in the 90s and our air conditioner wasnt cooling. I asked on facebook if anyone knew a reasonable person to come look at it. He came out three times. Said he didnt see anything outwardly wrong. He put in 2lbs of freon and said to call him in two days if it wasnt fixed. He came back, took the coil out of the ac and cleaned it. That still didnt fix it so he came back the next day, added another 1.5lbs of freon. That finally fixed it and i am so thankful.
There was a really strange smell coming from something in my house. I wasn't quite sure; but a friend said it might be the ducts. So I called to get a quote, and to see how long it'd take to have someone take a look. The price was more than fair, and the person arrived very promptly! Turned out, my friend was right. The problem got fixed quickly, smell was gone, and my wallet didn't get emptied. Would gladly work with them again!
This heating and cooling company did an outstanding job in getting my central air back up and running. They had to come out a few times to my house and perform heating and cooling repair due to a few different failing parts on my old unit. Ultimately, they felt that the old unit would be too difficult to continue maintenance on. In the end they were able to help me pick out a new heating & cooling unit, which gives me a great tax discount due to it's "green factor", and they performed the central air install quickly and professionally. The crew even raked leaves/dirt back in place after installing the new base to make my surrounding garden look the way it did before. I am very pleased with them and will definitely use them again in the future. In fact, they even replaced some parts on my previous unit free of charge despite it being out of warranty before we ultimately went with the new unit.
Two months back, my air conditioner went out at the worst possible time. I was hosting my daughter's wedding at our home, and the darn thing gave out a whole 3 days before the festivities. Thankfully, this company was willing to work a rush job, coming out the same day that I called. Their receptionist was extremely polite and, being sensitive to my time constraints, immediately asked about the make and model number, just so they could put a new one on order right away if it was needed. The repairmen were out the following morning at exactly the time I asked them to be (great dedication). Within a half hour, they had the problem nailed and were even able to fix it with spare parts (so I didn't need to buy an expensive, new unit). I really appreciate how understanding they were to my situation, and I would quite happily use their services again, if I ever needed them.
HVAC companies can be difficult to work with. They can be disorganized or make you feel like you aren't a special customer. With my line of work, I am very rarely in my home during normal business hours. I am stuck having to call and schedule repairs on weekends, and we know what that entails - a 3-5 hour window where I am stuck waiting for someone who may or not be on time. It stinks. However, I tried calling this HVAC company and was pleasantly surprised by their level of flexibility. They offered me either a weekend service package or a weekend consultation visit for work done during the week while I was out of the house. I thought these were great ideas, so I tried the weekend consultation for a new furnace. The technician was timely and very professional. He was only here for 15 minutes before he had all the information he needed. He left and the very next visit he had a new furnace installed and running. I could not be happier with such a high quality service and will definitely use them again in the future.
Well, this is the best HVAC repair company I've ever dealt with. We had our HVAC system repaired and some other things on it checked out. These guys came out in 2 days to do work on our heating and cooling system. The technicians worked on everything right then and there. The charge was reasonable and the work was just excellent according to my husband. They even walked my husband through, showing him what they were doing and the repairs that were made. Just superb work. AC repair work can actually be very costly but this was just great. A fine HVAC job, and we were very happy. They do air conditioning repairs, furnace installation, work on the heating and cooling system, you name it. I have decided to have a routine heating & cooling check yearly. So that way our system will last a long time. We shall stick with these folks. Thank you!
"I am an athlete. For many years activities in the summer midday heat was no problem. If you have ever been to the South you know how stifling and oppressive this humid heat can be. Being very active during the hottest part of the day gave me sort of a physiological and possibly real physical edge. Years ago I refurbished a carriage house in the historic downtown area, turned it into my bachelor pad. No air conditioning or heating (other than a few space heaters) were installed because where I lived before had air conditioning that came with the rent and this made my athletic performance go way down. My body got so used to the nice AC controlled climate that I didn't want to go outside! I would come back to my carriage house after some heavy physical activity and feel refreshed even with temperatures in the 90s. My new girlfriend that does not share my rustic beat the heat philosophy changed things. We called this HVAC installation company and got a lot of information about HVAC installation. They were awesome. Very professional, nice work done quickly. Price also outstanding. Was time for a change. Both of us are comfortable now."
I always used to think that if you put your mind to something and try to fix it, it will be fixed. I have tried so many times to fix things around in my house, but it seems like the more things I fix, other things break or fall apart in its place. When I think about it, I guess it is a good sign that is telling me that I need to just give it up, and let the people who know what they are doing, do it. I have wanted to fix the things in my hoe by myself so that I will not have to spend a lot of money by getting a repair service. This time ti was freezing in my house because of the frost from outside, and I had to get it fixed. I went to these guys, and they fixed it for cheap right away.
We were experiencing major problems with our central air conditioning. Every time we turned it on it blew out hot air making the rooms warmer. Fortunately, this company came out and fixed the problem right away with no problem. It turns out that it was just an older model and needed to be replaced and the company managed to do it all in one day! From assessing the problem to fixing it only took a matter of hours and was much easier thanks to the technician. So very helpful and the price was very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this company again in the future!
