They missed their 4 hour window for the set time. When they eventually showed up, they just spent a few seconds and said it would cost $725 to replace a gas valve (which is sold around $100 online) and would take about 15 minutes to replace (I know because I have done that before). It looks like their business model is to price gauge unsuspecting customers. If you don't like their estimated price, you still have to pay for their estimate. When I didn't approve the fix for their estimated price, they left the valve on the ON position with the pilot off. Good thing I noticed before it became a hazard. Very unprofessional. I think the good reviews are from the time when this used to be a local business.
Excellent, timely, professional. Guy opened back of my washing machine and checked that motor was not working.. He changed it now is working good.

I am very happy with service of a dryer emergency we had. They were prompt, clear about needed repairs and costs and worked after-hours to get us restored to service. I will use them again for appliance repair and recommend.
