Eddie was very friendly, on time, very professional and very well informed. Another company quoted me around 12-20k and said I needed a new unit. Eddie took a deeper look and found a quick and cheap solution without outright trying to sell me a new unit. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC units as well. Had a great experience!
Had E&E out to give me opinions on repairing our current furnace or if we should purchase a new one. This was the only company that didn’t insist I go on and upgrade the system. I felt like I was given an honest opinion and wasn’t just looked at as an opportunity to make a big percentage to install a new unit! Felt comfortable with his plan and his quote so we chose to proceed. He came out on time and did the repairs at a very fair price. Highly recommend and will be switching to him for future repairs and tune ups.
Eddie was able to walk me (a DIY beginner) through a repair over the phone and knew exactly my issue within 30 seconds. Highly recommend E&E and they will be first call for any issue in the future.
Before contacting E&E, we had a different company come out. They basically said we had a leak, 4 pounds low on coolant, needed a new ac unit and thermostat. They said it would be about 8 grand to fix. We could tell none of that sounded right. We contacted E&E the next day and they came right out. We found out we only needed 7oz of coolant, there is no leak, and definitely do not need a new ac unit. Edward saved us a ton of money. He was honest and we could tell that he values customers over money. Def has the best interests in mind for customers. He went above and beyond for us. Extremely reliable, trustworthy, great communication, and doesn’t try to overcharge you. We will be using him for everything in the future and will def refer his company to others. Don’t even waste your time with other companies, E&E is by far the best!
Eddie Horgan has been my "HVAC guy" for over a decade. I've used him for my personal residences, my investment properties, my offices and I've referred him to several friends and family members. He is the most honest HVAC expert I've ever dealt with. I have NEVER received a complaint from anyone I've referred him to...I wish I could give him more than 5-stars for his professionalism and attention to detail. He cares about his customers and he does everything possible to meet their needs. He sets the bar pretty high for the HVAC experience in NKY!
Incorrectly brazed my suction line resulting in a slow leak of refrigerant over time. Unit was not correctly charged to begin with. Called to get it fixed, but Ed was unresponsive. Had to call someone else.
Fast, competent and honest service! E&E is local and very competitive while maintaining a much higher standard of installing and servicing your HVAC. Great find!
E&E is by far the best HVAC technician in NKY. This company has literally saved my parents a dozen times. Knows how to work on and maintain older systems. Shows up on time. Very courteous. Does an all around amazing job. Couldn’t recommend E&E enough!
I first heard of E&E through multiple Facebook neighborhood recommendations. Eddie the owner of E&E spent a great deal of time on the phone with me the first time I called just to check them out. Probably 45 minutes. Never felt rushed at all. I told him the other companies I was looking into and he told me he had nothing bad to say about either of them. He even gave high accolades to one of the other companies. Twice after installation I had a question and he called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message. One of the calls was on a holiday & I told him it wasn’t too important in the message that he could call back a few days later but he called me immediately. A neighbor up the street used them as well and she was highly pleased too.
