Both E-Den and Top HVAC were wonderful to work with. Professional, punctual and saw job through from start to finish. Very satisfied with work done.
Thank you for making the process easy, no worries, and hassle free.
From planning to installation, E-Den's whole process was super easy and straightforward. Their technology and knowledge made our retrofit hassle free and left us with the knowledge we got the best equipment for a fair price. 11 out of 10!
Thanks to E-Den, I was able to ditch my ~40 year-old oil furnace and replace it with a heat pump at the beginning of Oct 2022... and while we weren't in peak of summer, there were still some warmer days where I got to experience whole-home central cooling and it was *great*. Now that it's cooling off, I can say the same for the heat at night, too :) Examples of why I like them: 1) Their website gave an up-front, *detailed* estimate of the complete job cost (including model #s of the heat pump, air handler, etc.) after sharing some data and pictures of my house. It was so much more convenient that the normal run-around, and the final price was more or less what they had originally estimated. It was a sigh of relief to see that up-front estimate because (a) it tells me their confident enough to put that number out there knowing it's fair and not trying to squeeze me based on how much money I do or don't have (compare that to one contractor who - after inspection - literally tried to car salesman me by starting with "soooooo, what do YOU think this should cost?" (they ended up throwing out a number about $8K higher for a solution that I don't think was as good as what I got here). 2) They are intentional about the equipment they use, making sure to recommend high-efficiency, inverter-driven units like Daikin (what I went with) or Bosch IDS 2.0. These newer units can tolerate colder outside temps than older generation heat pumps, meaning that (at least in my area, Edmonds), I do *not* need auxiliary heat like gas to stay warm on the coldest days. 3) E-Den is local to WA, and they partner with (as I understand it) a small number of personally-vetted HVAC contractors for boots-on-the-ground install.... and the ground crew they set me up with was fantastic. The guy they sent for the physical inspection (just to confirm online estimate) was *way* more thorough than the other 6-7 shops I talked to. He was poking around in the attic, taking outside measurements to figure
I had a great experience working with E-Den. I came across their website after searching locally to replace my AC unit with a heat pump that could run in a dual-fuel setup with my gas furnace. The first business I talked with didn't seem to recommend or really understand the request. I got in touch with E-Den and they immediately understood my goal and came up with a very reasonable plan and quote to install. Install went smooth and system is running great. I would highly recommend E-Den if you're considering a new heat pump!
This company is wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for installing your AC/heating needs. My husband and I contacted about 5 companies and also had free estimates with each company. This company wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive. The reason we went with this company was the customer service. They are exceptional, and while most companies are "done " after the project this is not the practice at this company. Everyone was amazing and I never felt weird to ask my questions to anyone that works there. Trust me, they are the company to use for your heating and air conditioning needs.
The did an excellent job on the installation. On time, professional, cleaned up job site. Had an issue a couple of weeks out with the system not working. They came within a day, worked the entire day just to find it was a cheap fuse they came with the unit. No issues since.
