Mr. Alexander and crew, after patient consultation on a Saturday of a failed AC unit, offered competitive pricing on a new unit and furnace( because of great package deal). They arrived Tuesday, as promised, and did not stop working until all was in working order. The entire crew was cordial. Earnest explained the entire process and followed up multiple times to make sure that the install met with our approval. We recommend E.A. HVAC LLC to others!

Mr. Alexander was very courteous and professional. He explained everything that he was doing even included diagrams and used lay terms that I could I understand. He was very knowledgeable about my system and his pricing was fair. Last but not least, he fixed the problem something that the original installers didn't do.
