I emailed Slim on a Saturday morning and he got back to me that evening to come out the next day. Who would have thought he would come out on a Sunday afternoon but he did. He gave a time and was there ringing the doorbell on time. He fixed a drain that was clogged, fixed another issue with the pump and even gave a suggestion on what type of filter I need to start using. He gave great information, showed before and after pictures, and was at a fair price. Will definitely be calling for future services.

Slim installed a new condenser unit and evaporator coil. He had a very busy schedule but was sensitive to our situation—no AC during 100 degree weather— so he made us a priority and got it done when we needed it most. So grateful for that! Price-wise, it was reasonable. A lot less than what I was quoted by another company. He was very honest and didn’t take advantage of me (a single mom) or the situation. I definitely recommend DZ Techs Heating & Cooling! Thank you again, Slim!
Slim came to look at a project of ours and literally saved us thousands of dollars. We’ve had several AC companies come out and take a look at an addition project we are hoping to complete. There is a vent already where we are looking to add in, but we were told by multiple people that we couldn’t connect it to our existing AC because there’s no way to get to the vent. We were also told that our only option might be to install a mini split. So we had Slim come out and take a look at what it would take to put a mini split in. He instantly advised against it and asked why we couldn’t just tie into our existing AC? We told him we were told no one could get over there to install anything above the room. He went up into our attic and took a look. He came back down and said he definitely got all the way over there and he wouldn’t be surprised if that vent already works because there is a duct on it. He opened up the vent, pulled the insulation out of the duct, we turned the AC on and what do you know?! COLD AIR BLOWING OUT OF THE VENT! I could not believe it. His attention to detail saved us so much money on trying to find a bandaid solution. We are SO grateful for him. Although we didn’t have a project for Slim at this time, we will 1000% be using him for any future AC needs. He is honest, hard working, and helpful. Thank you Slim for helping us solve for something that has previously been a major headache. We appreciate you!

Slim was very professional and knowledgeable technician, he saved us during this winter storm by replacing the broken part immediately he knew what the issue was, he contacted the manufacture on my behalf and went to the store to pickup the part that was under warranty to avoid unnecessary out of pocket expensive. Very satisfied with the services received and I highly recommend him to Family and friends.
