I called Kellen out for emergency maintenance on a Saturday to repair my boiler/heating system. However my boiler was beyond repair. He was able to get the new combination unit and started the install on Monday morning! And was able to finish the job on Tuesday. He went above and beyond putting in 12+ hours a day to get the job done. If you are looking for someone that can pull through for you, I highly recommend Kellen with Dynasty Heating!
Two years ago, Kellen came out on an emergency call because my furnace died. The next day, he was out installing a whole new furnace. I was so impressed with his work that I had him replace my aging hot water heater with a new on demand hot water heater. This year, I had him come out to descale the water heater and service the furnace for the winter, and I decided it was time to upgrade the water pressure tank and regulator. Kellen was out the next week with all the needed parts and did an amazing job as always. Kellen's work is second to none. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and will ensure the job is done to the best of his ability. I use him for my personal home, and for my rental property, and happily recommend him for yours.
Friendly , professional , thorough , fair , honest. I was grateful for a quick response when my furnace stopped working. Dynasty Heating was out on another job all day. But - Kellen made the extra effort to come over that evening after he finished that job. And he didn’t charge extra for after hours service ! He is knowledgeable and provided good helpful information. Totally pleased with Dynasty Heating !!!
Kellen came out after hours to fix my boiler. It turned out to be a faulty earthquake valve at Enstars regulator, but he still came out, troubleshot it, and got my house warm again.
Owner Kellen was minus a helper today so he let me be his part time gopher to save me some money & him some time on the job. He probably didn’t really need my help but he let me watch & help on occasion. His work on installing the outside gas supply lines on my house was fast & without a leak during the pressure test. Dynasty Heating and Cooling was polite, professional, honest and quick to perform quality work. When the original plan I had did not meet code, Kellen was able to troubleshoot a solution that was cost affective for me when he could of easily taken advantage and charged a lot more. I highly recommend Dynasty Heating and Cooling and will l definitely use their service again if needed in the future.

The owner came out and replaced the igniter in my boiler. He was professional, polite, quick, and explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Dynasty Heating if you need furnace repair and/or maintenance. Top notch company!!

Kellen was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to our outage. Unlike larger companies you actually get to talk to the technician instead of a phone clerk. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
