Jordon Fleming & Carl Hoffman, the owners, provide horrible service! First, we had an issue with 1 of the 2 cadet heaters shortly after they purchased & installed it. It took multiple calls & emails to get it repaired, which they finally did. They also claimed they could install a fireplace insert for which they lied and said they purchased the insert & charged me a $275 as a down payment. The insert never arrived, they had multiple excuses & continually changed their story for why they did not have it. When I decided to buy the insert myself, which I had no problem locating & purchasing, they would not refund the $275. I sent multiple emails & called several times with NO RESPONSE! Save your money & stay away from Dynamic Construction NW!
I love this company, it is exactly what we are looking for. Corey has been very helpful. We had a leaking issue from the furnace in the attic of the house, we called Dynamic Construction to check for us. They not only fixed the leaking issue, but also has our dampened insulation materials replaced. They really made sure of their project quality. Now issues are gone and we got back to our normal life. Great company, great team. I will definitely do business with them again. Just can’t complain about anything about them!
I reached out to Carl at Dynamic Construction NW to replace my furnace and install and AC unit. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and had great pricing! Josh and Robert were my technicians today and were on time (actually a few minutes early!), professional, and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend reaching out to Dynamic for your heating or cooling needs!

Dynamic construction use quality ductless system for my project.
I would really have liked to give this business 5 stars but i can't. We bought from them whole house AC installation back in April 2022. The sales guy told us it would only be 2-3 weeks before install but they did not come until 2-3 months later, after many calls and stood up appointments. What's worst is that the unit was mounted incorrectly and they blocked access to our air filters. I contacted them many times since then to see if they would be willing to correct the poor install job. They give me the run arounds every time, more no shows, I now have to pay somebody else to correct the installation so that i can change filters.
Dynamic NW took care of all our HVAC needs quickly and professionally. They worked with us to fit our budget and the whole job was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them for all services they provide, commutation was clear and quick. Thanks Again!
Other places were scheduling months out and were 2x as much for a new furnace. These guys were so amazing! Saved thousands of dollars and had a new furnace within days!

LIFESAVERS! I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Construction NW to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Our house was so unbearably hot we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the house with our little kids. We had to stay outside the home until we could find someone to come out and install an A/C. Almost every other company we called wasn’t willing to come out for weeks despite our concern for our children. Carl and Kyler made us a priority and went out of their way to squeeze us in despite their fully booked schedule. Everything was so quick, we were able to return home comfortably with everything done within two weeks of first speaking with them. I will be calling Dynamic Construction NW ONLY for any future HVAC needs. They were efficient, affordable, and their professionalism/dedication to the customer is unmatched. Thank you so much!!!
I was disappointed by Carl and the team at Dynamic Construction who struggled to install a new heating and cooling system in my home. It was defective from day one and they repeatedly delayed repairs, arrived late and made excuses. It took nearly two months after signing the initial contract to get a replacement unit, and they still haven’t delivered on their promise of a new air filter.
