My air conditioner stopped working and I had a service call on a Saturday to repair my A/C unit that had stopped running. Repair man met me the next morning and assessed the situation right away. He had to wait until the next day to buy the parts because the parts supplier was closed on Sunday, but the next day he came and fixed the broken A/C part.
I am thoroughly impressed with Jon over at Dynamic Air. Our A/C unit decided to stop working and Jon was able to make it to our house the same day. He was quick, efficient, and explained what he was doing! Would definitely recommend!
Not only was Dynamic Air much less expensive than their competitors, but Jon came the day of the initial phone call to take measurements. He had an estimate prepared within two business days, and installed two mini-split ductless systems on the third day during the height of the heat wave. Our house is so comfortable that we giggle every time we enter. One extremely important detail was that Jon always answered the phone whenever I called; one time while in the doctor's office. I have never experienced this level of service. If you are looking for HVAC service and installation, look no further than Dynamic Air.
Had a great experience with John at Dynamic Air. Very responsive, gave me a very fair estimate (I compared) and I feel he steered me in the right direction regarding choices I had to make. Replaced my entire old outdated A/C system, brought a team to get the job done quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Of course my condenser suddenly stopped working in the middle of a heatwave on Sunday so I called hoping that someone could come Monday at best. John was at my house in about 30 minutes by 9:30am! The fix was also so simple that when I asked how much he told me “no problem, I was in the area.” Amazing. Would recommend John 10 times out of 10 to anyone and I already gave out a couple of his business cards.
Showed up a day earlier to install my a/c during a heat wave! Very neat and clean. System works great. True professionals. Highly recommend
Just had an entire unit installed and we loved working with the owner and the workers. They were courteous, neat and they took the time to make sure everything was installed and working perfectly before leaving the job. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Dynamic Air

I called on July 10 for service on my central AC because it was no longer cooling the house. John came much much later than he said but I was patient. I could have called another place when he didn’t come at the time expected but I trusted that he will be here. After several questions, neither of us knew if their was a leak but John specified that the Freon was low. John said that he will put 3lbs in there and we will monitor it. He assured me that if needed he will return to do a leak test. He asked me to write a check for $250 and again reassured me that if anything goes wrong just call him. 3 weeks later, it happened again, the house isn’t cooling because the Freon was low again. I called him July 30th and let him know what the issue was. He demanded that I find out who put the central air in to see if it was warrantied. Normal warranties now a days are only 5 years and we’ve had this house for 8 years. I was just a little bit confused on why am I calling someone else when he assured me that he will take care of it if something happens. After speaking with him he said that he will come tomorrow July 31, then changed and said he will call me by 3pm. John has not called or come back. He did not guarantee his work. I guess all the guarantee he made was just talk so I can write the check. So I paid $250 for Freon that lasted 20 days. I spoke to PsEG also and they couldn’t understand why, since he didn’t know if it was a leak, why wouldn’t he add the dye to it. I am not a AC technician, that’s why I called one, hoping he does the right thing and don’t rob me or sell me dreams so that he gets paid. Horrible......
I had such a great experience with Les at Dynamic. He had great prices for what I needed done with my air u it and was very punctual with time. His service was quick and exceptional customer service. Thank you Les, I will use you for all my heating and air needs in the future.
John is a good guy.. nothing but fair. Will come out even on holidays...

I called Dynamic when my central air stopped working. John said he could come over in a little while and take a look. He was professional, friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem on his first call! I am so happy I called. From now on, I will be using Dynamic for all my cooling and heating needs. Previously i had service done by this company on my furness was good.This time i called and my experience with them is very sad (hard the management was changed). i was overcharged for inducer motor , which cost around from $95 in supply house and from Amazon its $115 (Y3L248B01) i attached the pick you all can look it up online for the price cost. i was busted with $400 (cash) including installation and told that parts itself cost $380. without doing any research and trusting on them i agreed with 400. $300 to install a inducer motor? common....PSE&G won't change that much. this was my last deal with them. I felt the company personal took advantage of me for something that i did not do research on. They lie to consumer hope all watch out from this guys.
