I had Jamal out to disconnect an AC unit for framing, he responded immediately and did it the same day!

Jamal at Dynamic Air was a god-sent. He was so quick to respond to my desperate call for help. It was a cold weekend and my heater gave out. My property management company was closed and didn’t consider my request urgent. But my kids did! They were freezing. Jamal came out on Saturday and did a diagnostic and repair to get us warm again. He was on time and professional. Did exactly what he said he would do and even followed up with me on Monday to make sure all was working well. I highly recommend Jamal and Dynamic Air! We loved our experience with Dynamic Air. We bought our house and had little to no experience with HVAC systems. Jamal took the time to explain our options and showed us what maintenance we could do ourselves and recommended items to improve our air quality. We will always use Dynamic Air. It is also a local (Ventura County) veteran owned and operated company.

Jamal helped me and my family with a poor venting heating system. He did not try to upsell us and was extremely honest regarding our system. He replaced the filter (which was old) and he replaced our wall mounted switch to a more modernized system. He was very professional, on time, communicative and fair pricing. He saved us a ton of money because everyone else wanted to sell us a new system. We highly recommend Jamal and Dynamic Air..
