This company is the absolute best! Antoinette is awesome! She checked up on our situation days after Gerard and Ryan fixed the issue. You can tell she really cares! Speaking of the guys, Gerard and Ryan we're just as awesome! They went above and beyond to get my heat working again and I must say the area they had to work in was not the most comfortable but they didn't let that stop them. A++ company and staff as well. Gerard also called later to check up on me, thanks again everyone!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Gad Air. Gerard had the expertise and equipment to diagnose the problem with my central air quickly. His office manager, Antoinette, was very accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with them! I definitely recommend GAD Air!
We had a major leak coming from our ceiling this past winter. I found this company on the web. I noticed they had excellent reviews. I was hesitant to call them first because I thought that they charged a lot of money for their services. I was wrong. Their price was very reasonable. They rendered professional service and advice. All of the staff starting from their office manager, Antoinette and also their service manager, Gerard, were all very pleasant to deal with. It's too bad that I had to use their services only one time because we are relocating to another state, otherwise I will keep them for my home maintenance. I highly recommend this company and would not have any second thoughts of giving them 5 stars.

Dutchess Heating and Cooling, GAD-Air (Gerard) has been serving my Heating/A.C. system for a number of years now. I trust him as if he’s family. A year ago I had to replace my heating system. The price was right, the work was done quickly and my electric bill was reduced by half. A couple of times I couldn’t be home. He let himself in, completed the work. When I got home the heat was on and there was no sign that he was there and completed the necessary work. I highly recommend GAD as your heating/A.C. expert.
GAD Air recently installed a new split Central air system for my home. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service. Gerard is a man of integrity. I found him to be a very caring, honest, and professional business owner. He went above and beyond to make sure that the highest level of professionalism would be applied toward the new installation job. The town inspection indicated that the performance scores far exceeded their requirements. Gerard has a team of experience, wonderful, and friendly staff. In my opinion he is one of a kind when it comes to customer service and attention to detail. I've been very pleased that every phone call and email was promptly responded to by Antoinette. She is a kind and caring person who makes sure that all your questions and concerns are addressed to your satisfaction. Thank you Gerard and Antoinette for being who you are. My family and I are very happy with our central air and we are enjoying our refreshingly cool home during the past few days of the current heat wave. Thumbs up to GAD Air!!!
These guys were amazing! My furnace broke down and these guys were there in a few hours with 5 space heaters..The new furnace was ordered and was there the next day. Gerard & his team worked over the next 2 days to replace the unit and provide me with helpful information that I didn't know. Antoinette was extremely helpful with following up after the job was done. I've already made up my mind to do my yearly maintenance with them going forward.
A excellence service done by Gerard and his staff. I've worked in many trades from carpentry to all phases of home improvement and I have to say everything was done the best way I have ever seen. It was clean, professional, and with no stress. Also the staff went above and beyond to help with all the paper work and red tape we came across. I will be recommending them to my family or friends.
Gerard is the man!!! Was quoted by a different company at 4500 to replace the whole unit. Within minutes he had my AC up and running and charged next to nothing. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Call today. You won't regret it.
Even though we moved from the Pawling area cross county to Wappingers Falls, we knew there was only one ac/heating company for us, Dutchess Heating and Cooling. When you work with a company you trust, why on earth would you change? Peter Consiglio
We are very happy with the work done by Gerard. We called him initially about replacing a thermostat and he diagnosed multiple problems with the existing system from the age of the system to the terrible instalation done by the previous contractor. After a few days of work we are now enjoying a much quieter and more efficient HVAC system.
The service was great and very fast. Gerard and Antoinette kept us in the loop the whole time. We love our new heating and air conditioner equipment. I would highly reccommend GAD.
Very happy with the work done by Gerard (and Darwin) to replace a non-working split ductless air-conditioning unit. Job was done professionally and at a reasonable rate. I particularly liked the excellent communication from Antoinette (I think she's the office manager) - she was diligent in ensuring I was kept up to date on estimated arrival times etc. I plan on using Gerard for future work.
