Danny, and his assistant, Lucas were fabulous!! Honest, prompt, punctual, communicative, kind, knowledgeable, answered ALL my questions, and were just great people…and STELLAR, contractors, in every sense. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service contractor. I would recommend DUS to anyone. I can’t speak highly enough about them…but I COULD gush all day. Hire these guys!! You’ll be SO glad you did!
Water heater tank installation
Daniel is a real pleasure to work with. He does great work and goes through the job requirements prior to starting and does a walk through before leaving. I would definitely refer him and we plan to use him again this spring to install a new heat pump.

Daniel was fantastic! Professional, punctual and precise. I really think in terms of having someone doing work in your home it would be tough to be. Daniel also was able to explain the issues in layman’s terms so I would have some idea of what’s going on. Highly recommended! Would call again.
We scheduled DUS to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of our ductless heating system. The crew was punctual, professional, thorough, and made sensible recommendations.

Danny and the whole BUS team were amazing. I woke up to a water heater leaking all over the floor. I texted the office and someone responded right away to ask questions and give general advice. Danny came by that same afternoon and figured out that it needed to be replaced. He then offered to do it that night! I was blown away by the offer but told him tomorrow morning would be fine. Next morning Danny pulled up with a brand new water heater and spent a couple hours swapping them out. Everything was smooth and easy and everyone was super nice. I'm a new homeowner who knows next to nothing about HVAC and these situations can be pretty stressful, but as soon as I connected with DUS I felt like I was in good hands. That's a good feeling. Dynamic Utility Services has installed 2 separate Ductless heating and AC units in our home. We also pay for twice yearly service for each unit. Danny is knowledgeable, professional and personable. A different company had previously installed a ductless unit that failed after 3 years even though it was top of the line. The installation job by that other company was faulty and we paid a high price for that. So I was glad to find Dynamic Utility for all our ductless heating/AC needs. I would recommend this company.
Sent these guys a request for a quote regarding a ventilation project. Never even received the courtesy of a reply. I guess they ought to be congratulated that business is so good that they can afford to ignore people. That still seems pretty unprofessional to me. Word to the wise, don't bother reaching out to Dynamic Utility Services unless you want to waste time waiting for a response that will never come.
I work at a small business in Seattle that has used Danny and DUS to maintain our heating and AC for the past five years. They have always been responsive and very competent. This summer our rooftop heat pump failed. When the cost of replacing the whole unit was more than we could bear during Covid, they went the extra mile to find replacement parts and repair our existing 25yr old unit to keep us running. Another highly-recommended company came to give us a quote for repair and replacement and never followed up. We know we can count on DUS and I recommend them highly!
Everyone was super professional and went above and beyond in order to ensure everything was installed properly and cleaned up afterwards. Super happy with the results!

I highly recommend Dynamic. Daniel, the owner is knowledgeable, reliable, and well priced. He spent the time needed to properly diagnose the problem with our AC and then went above and beyond explaining the issues. He quickly fixed the problem when others couldn't. He super friendly and his customer service was amazing! We had a great experience and will be using Dynamic for all our HVAC service.

Danny and Adonis are excellent, honest tradesmen. What they lack in snazzy uniforms and "spit and polish", is more then made up for in care, honesty, and quality work. Danny has done natural gas related work for me on several occasions since we moved to Woodway. This has included installing an earthquake valve, extending gas piping with an eye towards future additions. We added a gas cook top and two BBQ boxes for our deck grill. He discovered dangerous problems with our gas fireplace piping and brought that to my attention. He also services and cleans our older gas furnace. As a result, our home is safer and more efficient with no hidden dangers anymore. Highly recommended. Danny is my go-to guy.

Danny worked with me over the course of half a year to get my mini-split system fixed. After several outrageous quotes and questionable diagnoses (replacement of unit) from other big HVAC service companies, Danny and I were able to correctly diagnose a faulty reverse valve in the mini split system. The replacement part was out of stock and took nearly half a year to get, but Danny stuck with me the whole time and was able to get my system up and working properly once the part arrived. I would highly recommend his services. When and if I need additional HVAC work, I will certainly be calling him back.
