The gentleman that Durango Air had sent to our house was very professional he was here for two days an with no heir he was able to get things accomplished an our air conditioner works just fine.

On time, very professional and fixed the problems without changing out the whole unit! I’ve used Durango HVAC con several clients jobs as well as with members of my family’s homes and they have yet told me they need to replace a unit. Their honesty if impeccable. Awesome company. They were very punctual.. A little early even. Not to mention they got the job done in almost no time at all. Everyone was nice and respectful. Edgar is the man. Nice guy and very informative. Overall I feel like they went above and beyond and I know that I personally know who to call the next time I have any HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Edgar has taken great care of installation of my new hvac units & nest thermostats. He also has helped with unknown cause of my smoke alarms ringing twice with no problems but giving me a great piece of mind. Thank you so much for the great service!
