Call Dukes first! I have used them for years and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Quick, responsive and professional. Installed two new units for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I know I can call anytime and they don’t hesitate to get me fixed up every time!
Dukes Heating and Cooling installed a new Carrier furnace and ac unit and since day one the furnace was over heating due to poor air flow. I notified him right away about the issues and never did anything to correct the issue. Not my furnace over heats due to poor air flow. He told me to run my furnace without an air filter which I did not knowing that it was going to damaged the inducer motor. A few other HVAC technicians came to inspect the furnace and said that it was poorly installed and that shouldn't have been vent it from the back because that voids the manufacture warranty. In the next few weeks I will seek help from a lawyer to resolve this matter which is a nightmare.
Duke’s Heating and A/C did an excellent job with a new A/C installation that even included moving the unit to a different spot in the back of the house. They also installed a new furnace and humidifier, found solutions to heat/cool my 4 season room and checked on the service completed after installation. I choose Duke’s Heating and A/C after asking for 3 different companies for estimates, due to Andrew providing not just the best price but also the best knowledge and feedback to my questions in relation to the temperature differences in my house between upstairs and downstairs and the 4 season room heating/cooling solution. The technicians working with Andrew were great. We walked through the steps how to operate the new units, answered all of my questions and were very professional. Highly recommended!!
On what has been the hottest and most humid days in weeks, our AC just stopped working. We realized this at about 10p at night. We called Duke's and he had a team member out to our house the next day. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and had us back up and running within 20 minutes. Thankfully it was a simple mechanical replacement. This has been our 4th time working with Duke's on various issues and each time they've been knowledgeable with service and with fair pricing.
Installed a new AC unit with a full 10 year warranty for a little more than it would have cost me for the labor to install a warrantied compressor that would have had only 3 months of manufacturers warranty left on it. He had my best interest in mind when he gave me his opinion not to take the chance of ultimately wasting my $$$. They came out within 3 days and installed the new unit. The installers were on time, friendly and professional. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

Contacted Dukes through thumbtack. Andrew responded within 20 minutes and was out the next day to repair the heater. Very responsive communication and service.
Recently had an issue with our furnace and needed some service done, as well as to replace an old home humidifier. I reached out multiple heating companies, and by far these guys were the most responsive, and answered all of my questions prior to booking an appointment. I needed someone out ASAP, and not only were they reasonably priced, but they were able to come out the next day and take care of everything. The technician who came out was friendly, courteous, and answered all of our questions. When I had to run out to run an errand and knew I wouldn't be back before he finished up, he even recorded a video for me to show me how to use the new humidifier. Very satisfied and would 100% recommend!
This company need to close down They don’t know what to do & if someone else find out their fault they don’t accept & not provide service & also loose money
Well doing routine maintenance on our HVAC System they overlooked a filter that needed to be changed for the AC dehumidifier. When I realize this I called, and they said they would come out and put one in no charge. I was happy to get this response, but they never came out to do this. No response to follow up calls. Business has Voicemail, can't get a hold of anybody directly. Will update this review if/when promised services are rendered
