Dugan's was absolutely incredible! Ben and the rest of the team were prompt and professional. They completed the job within 2 days when they said it might take 3. Everything looks incredible and they were great to work with. I highly recommend working with them!
We just used Dugans to install AC after calling various companies and getting many quotes, and we are SO happy we did. They were fast, quick, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. My dog Gordon loved them (and he’s a good judge of character). They left my house spotless and finished the job earlier than expected. We now have a super cool house and i couldn’t be happier! Thanks Dugans!
I have had the Dugan’s replace the A/C system at two of my houses. They are always professional, courteous and really know their stuff. Large or small jobs, you can tell they value their work and treat your house as if it were their own. I would honestly call them before anyone, this family run business means business. Don’t waste your time with the others, Dugan’s is literally the best!!
I called Dugans to have my heat pump looked at. They were able to come same day, which I was extremely thankful for. The tech arrived early and was very helpful. He was able to explain everything in detail and was very thorough. I will use them again in the future if I need to. Highly recommend.

Fair honest quote. Prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable employees. They finished sooner than expected and cleaned up completely. Left not a trace they were here except the gorgeous new unit sitting on the side of my home. Bravo to this small family owned and operated company. Highly recommend!!
Best HVAC contractor in the valley. They were able to diagnose and repair my heating system quickly. I was surprised by how inexpensive the service call was. Highly recommend.

I just had central air installed in my home and I was so happy with how professional they are and how quickly they got the work done! It was supposed to be a 3 day job and they got it done in 2. So happy to have a nice cool home now. I appreciate your service! Thank you so much!
This company is really wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and are fairly priced compared to 2 other quotes we had gotten which both were much higher. Gina was great with answering all my questions, getting my quotes quickly, offering financing, and setting up a date that worked. They arrived exactly on time both days they said they would be here. We had a helper unit installed in our attic, Dugan made it a very easy process. There were 3 workers, all SO polite and friendly. My dog and my child loved them and they are great judges of character my 3 year old loved talking to them, but that’s besides the point, they cleaned up after themselves REALLY well, they were very efficient and I am very satisfied with everything about my experience with Dugan. I will most definitely continue to use them to service my older unit in my home as well. I would highly recommend this company

Whoever does their appointment handling needs to get it together and whoever comes to the appointments needs a reality check. I called as a NEW customer and told Regina about 10 times I was calling for my AIR CONDITIONER. I bought the house I’m currently in (literally called them a week after I closed) I told her who the previous owner was and she apparently changed everything over. She then scheduled me an appointment (again, throughout my entire conversation never were the words furnace, gas, or heat pump used. At all, side note: I grew up in this house and we ALWAYS had electric baseboard as the primary heat source and no supplemental heat, EVER) but we make an appointment. I find it odd being that it’s fall but I thought maybe they like to check equipment (since they installed it) in between owners. Fast forward to today and NOPE, WRONG. Tech gets here and asks to see my heat pump, which I thought was odd but didn’t question it. I tell him I don’t have and never had a heat pump. HE GOES OUTSIDE TO CHECK (in case after I just had the home inspected I wasn’t aware of my primary heat source) I told him that I had mentioned this when I called and he goes “well, you both made a mistake”. Excuse me??? I didn’t make a mistake. So he pulls my filter out of the air conditioner vent, tells me it needs to be changed and sets it on the floor (I’m assuming so that now they can bill me) and pretty much leaves. Not 5 minutes go by and I get ANOTHER doorbell ring and the same guy asks me if I have gas heat??? To which I reply no and then he has the nerve to ask me if I’m sure. Are you for real? If I was a man would you be questioning what I’m telling you so in depth? I’m a licensed insurance agent, I know the difference between heat sources and air conditioning and just because your office staff doesn’t, don’t take it out on me. There’s approximately 2 years left on the warranty and I’m risking it after dealing with these clowns. I will never use this company again, I will be s
They do not service equipment not installed by them. Found out on the day their technician was at my door. Paid $150 for charging one unit with 10 % of refrigerant and learning that unit is still not working properly and they can't tell me what's wrong.Nice rip off Dugan's.

Wonderful! They gave us a very fair price and their customer service is very good. The man that came out to give us our estimate wasn't a special salesman, he was a regular service tech that would be the person working on our equipment. Very knowledgeable and honest. Once they came to install the new ac unit, the workers were courteous and worked efficiently. When there was an issue, they made sure to come and make things right! Very family friendly. The AC unit is running well and we are very happy with our service! Will use again!
Called Dugan's on the hottest day of the year. Central Air Conditioning was not working. Regina sent her technician out and he corrected the problem. We are very grateful!
SO happy with Dugan HVAC!!! We recently built a house in Easton, PA and out of all of the trades that came in to do work, we were the most impressed with Dugan HVAC. They were honest and upfront, clean, professional, and kept to their stated timeline. We have recommended them to several family members and friends- all who have been extremely impressed with their service. Will continue to call them in the future. First time ever calling them , they were so helpful and provided me with information that saved me literally thousands from other dishonest companies. They didn't ask me for a thing, just provided me with honesty regardless of the outcome for them , and for that honesty they forever have my loyalty! It's hard to come by these days! They are quick to respond and actually care about what they do and it's obvious. I would refer to them for anything.
