Recently, I hired a air conditioning contractor to install a new air conditioner in my house. The company was cordial and considerate of my home, and the installation process went smoothly and without a hitch.
This air conditioning contractor is the best in town! They are reliable, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed and repaired my AC unit quickly and efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

I have used Duffey's to repair our AC and furnace. I also had them replace our water heater. Shawn and his team are very friendly and prompt. Their pricing is very good and the service is top notch. Will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.
My ac has not worked in 8 years. I have had several repair companies out with not much luck except the option to buy a new unit. Duffey's came out early, found the problem in 5 minutes, had parts with them, and for the first time since moving into this house, was able to get the temp in my house to 74 degrees on a 100 degree day. I will be using them for any hoax need and strongly recommend them.

I came home last week to a 49-degree home after being gone on vacation for two weeks. After reading reviews, I called Shawn. He was able to be at my place within an hour to take a look at my furnace. It turned out my ignitor light was just dirty which he was able to clean, and my heat was on within 10 minutes of his being here. Shawn is fantastic, friendly, and completely trustworthy. I can't help but wonder how many other companies may have charged me for a replacement while Shawn just let me know it was dirty. He easily won a new customer that day, and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Shawn was amazing. It is mid July and I am house-sitting for my in-laws while they are in Europe for a once-in-a-lifetime trip. It is a Saturday, and I discovered a soaked carpet in the basement. I found the problem was a leaking AC unit. I called Duffey's HVAC and although it was a Saturday morning, Shawn answered and came out within a couple hours. The problem is a big issue with mineralized pipes under the basement. Rather than doing a big (and potentially expensive) job without my father-in-law available to consent, he found a simple, temporary solution and solved the problem quickly at no charge!! I finally spoke with my family and when my father-in-law returns from his trip, he will be calling Shawn at Duffey's Heating and Cooling to have the repair work done. He was so thankful to have an honest, trustworthy contact for any of their HVAC needs now and in the future. I know I will recommend Duffey's HVAC to ANYONE - friends, family and co-workers alike.
