A great experience from start to finish. When I called for an appointment, I was able to speak to someone immediately and a conveniwnt appointment was scheduled. I was told to expect them between 10:00 and 10:30. The technicians arrved just before 10:00. They were both courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Finally, they cleaned up very well which I appreciate. I will definitely continue to use this vompany for my HVAC needs.
Al and his team were amazing in our desperate time of need. Our hvac needed to be replaced due to a fire. He made sure we were set up with a temporary unit that kept us warm until the unit was replaced. Al and his team were always on time and very nice and got out ducts all cleaned out. Highly recommend them!

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. The technicians were courteous, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process and even alerted me to a situation which needed attention on my heater. They respected my home and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me pics of vents before and after cleaning. I was very impressed by the job they did. I highly recommend this company and will refer all my friends. Thanks again guys for a job very well done!!!!
Recently had Ductz come to our home to clean out our Central AC system to use for the summer. They came out the day after I called to take a look at the system and let us know cost. They were able to schedule us within the week for the service. The technician arrived 10 minutes early, was polite and professional. They cleaned everything out in a timely manner. They were even able to get us special filters for my severe allergy to dust mites. Overall, very happy with the service. Would recommend.
