Great people to work with from the very start. Office staff is helpful and friendly. The Ductz cleaning technicians showed up on time. The technicians were very efficient and cleaned up the areas that were after themselves. The technicians were profess and also very friendly. Definitely knew what they were doing. The before and after pictures told the whole story. A/C unit is running more efficiently now. Thank you for doing an awesome job Ductz! I give my wholehearted recommendation to anyone who needs their duct work cleaned. Ductz does a terrific job!

I set up an appointment to have my ducts cleaned and Ductz canceled the day before because they had a big job to do. They rescheduled for a few week later but didn't follow until they were on the way. That morning I assumed they were not going to show again so I left for the day. I don't know how good their work is but scheduling and follow up is not great.
If think you need ducts cleaned, or have older duct work that has never been cleaned, get this service done now! It is amazing the amount of dirt in duct work. You will be very pleased with the professionalism of this company.

I am very satisfied with the cleaning we received. My grand old house is almost 120 years old, have three cats and a dog So when the heat blows out you can see all the fur and dust. But since we’ve had our ducts cleaned I’ve noticed huge difference. One area by my staircase which I would clean daily because of dust and fur I’m now just doing weekly. Also it’s made a huge difference for our allergies, which was the main reason we had our ducts clean. Super Bowl Sunday my son who is highly allergic to cats and my husband’s buddy who is also allergic to cats were over and didn’t have any problems. Normally my son takes a Benadryl when he’s here, and falls asleep. No Benadryl needed this time. I’ve already recommended this company to several friends. Plus the guys that were here were great, very polite and very friendly.

We would highly recommend DUCTZ of Southeast Michigan. Duncan was incredibly responsive and helpful during the reservation process and explained their services clearly. Andy and Thomas were on time and did a terrific job. Will use again in the future.
They were on time and very professional. There was a small scratch on my stairwell going downstairs and I informed the professional about it. He immediately contacted the corporate office and they took a discount off an already good price. I was very grateful about the professionalism and how the matter was handled. Thank you.
Andy did a great job cleaning our ducts and vents. He was very thorough and did a much better job than the previous company that had cleaned them before. I’ll be calling Ductz from now on. I highly recommend the Ductz Livonia office. Thank you!

We are very pleased! Andy and his teammate did a meticulous job. It took over 3 hours including (at the end of the cleaning), the application of Fresh Duct, a non-toxic, biodegradable application that encapsulates odors. I would highly recommend DUCTZ of SE Michigan!!!

I had DUCTZ of Southeast Michigan clean the heating and cooling ductwork in our residential home. The technicians arrived as scheduled and called ahead of time to advise me of their arrival time. The technicians were very courteous and informative throughout the process taking pictures before and after the cleaning of the ducts and explained their cleaning process as the job progressed. They also told me the exact cost of the service before they began. I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning and the professionalism of the technicians who performed the work. Good job and a very professional company to work with.
