We could not have asked for a better experience working with Rob to clean our ducts. The quote for the job was given with a detailed plan and they were able to start quickly! The job was completed in a short time and they also made a couple recommendations to prevent future problems. The process could not have gone smoother or more timely to keep the sale of our house right on schedule. I'd definitely recommended
We just moved into our house a few months ago and noticed an odor when HVAC was running. Since the house is 35 years old and had a newer HVAC unit (2018) we decided to have our ducts cleaned. Our HVAC service company recommended DUCTZ. The DUCTZ team showed up on time, calling us 15 mins prior to arrival. They were professional, polite and worked with us around our sleeping newborn and dog. The work was done quickly and efficiently, within 1.5 hrs as promised. The amount of debris removed from the duct work and vents was crazy! They replaced all of our filters and sprayed the intakes with environmentally friendly anti microbial and deodorizer to kill any mold build up. Swept up remaining debris and left the house clean before departure. Would definitely use again.

I'm so disappointed with my duct cleaning. I purchased an older home back in Nov and had Ductz out to clean the vents in December. I have bad allergies and have a sensitive nose. The guys that came out didn't do a thorough job. They weren't even there half a day and I have a large house with several HVAC systems.

I called Rob at Ductz for advise regarding a bad odor from a few vents. I knew it was due to a dead pest and he advised me that the real only way to clean was to remove and replace the flex duct. He was right!! Although I did not need duct cleaning at this time i will use him in the future for sure. Thanks Rob!
No you have never worked for me, but I have worked for you. For a very short time. Due to I was lied to about the job and going on with you to another job and I am very qualified and I have worked with Belfor a couple of times. Got talked into going back, to get ripped off of my pay. I quit my job to go work with this company to only work 6 days. All the ones I have worked with have drug problems and could cause harm to themselves or others due to being high on the job. No drug test is required.

I have used Rob's team to clean at my house. Easy to set an appointment and reasonably priced.
I wish I could say that my experience with this company was fair or even good. My son contacted Rob and made an appointment, which Rob cancelled the day of the appointment. He shared that he was sick and wanted to reschedule. While I thought that was a tad bit unprofessional, sickness does untimely occur, so he took down my information again, and said that we would speak when I returned to town. I waited three days after returning, and when I did not hear from him, I contacted Rob again who said that my information was on his desk and that he meant to call. He scheduled me for Thursday at 10 and promptly arrived at that time. He came right in, "assessed" the situation, wiped off some surfaces, and said that there was soot in the home; he blamed the issue on burning candles (an issue that began at least a year and a half before the first candle was burned), and said that he "couldn't help me." He never suggested that I have the duct work cleaned; rather, he gave his "professional" opinion, specifically that he "has been doing this job for ten years," and was gone within nineteen minutes of his arrival. My first impression of his hasty retreat was that he was never interested in helping in the first place. I hope others will have the a better experience, similar to that of the only other person who has left a review, because my experience was poor and unprofessionally handled.
