I had an issue with my dryer vent not functioning properly. Tom came out fast and had it resolved for me same day. Fair pricing and excellent work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
I spoke with Tom from Ductz on a Friday for a dryer vent cleaning. Tom was able to schedule me in for that Monday. Tom explained how my venting system was set up, pros and cons of it all and asked for a follow up after using the dryer. I followed up and Tom came back out the next day to try a different tactic without charge. Highly recommend for high quality, professional work done right!
I just had a great experience with Tom from DUCTZ. I had an issue with my existing dryer vent ductwork where I needed someone to assess the situation and determine what should be done. DUCTZ was on-site at my house within the week, talked through the problems we were having and figured out the best way to address our problem. They fixed the problem quickly and were clean and professional throughout. I would use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
Tom and his team were fantastic to work with in getting the ducts in my new house cleaned and helping us to get rid of a strong pet smell from the prior owners. Tom was flexible in working around our move in and our other trades and was in and out quickly and efficiently. Dryer duct cleaning! They were very responsive, on time and effective. Even with very difficult access to they were able to execute the service and didn’t leave until all lint was removed. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend their services!
