We originally used Ductz for Mold Remediation for our HVAC system after a water line busted at our Business. Marc and his team did an Awesome Job! So much so that we had them come back, replace our probably 40+ year old ductwork, and run all new duct work to every room in our offices. Now there are no more hot or cold spots in the offices and the entire office area stays a consistent temperature throughout all the rooms and restrooms. Everything was done in a timely manner and the technicians/ installers were very professional and answered any questions we had along the way.
Wasn't having a problem with unit, just wanted cleaner air. I could dust my home & in few hours the tables were dusty looking again , as soon as Emmit & his crew was done i could tell a difference, i would recommend this crew to any one, They come in & work well together , 1 man starts & they other comes behind him with next step ,they are very knowledgeable in their jobs , answer any question you may have , & by the way i have no dust yet , air fresh, great people , Elaine

Was helping my wife clean house and she showed me her dusting cloth and it had no visible dust. She said she was glad we had Ductz Indoor Air Professionals to clean our H/A ducts.
When we had a problem with the service done on cleaning our dryer vent by two of Ductz technicians, I called to express my dissatisfaction. Within 30 minutes, Emmit their superior was at our house. He went above and beyond to correct the problem. I will definitely use this company again if Emmit is involved.

I was extremely misled by this company who did not provide the service at the cost they communicated. I never received a print copy of the quote, and the quote that was said out loud (and confirmed) was THOUSANDS less than the bill I received. (I even confirmed the number out loud and commented on how low the cost was, and the owner did not correct me to state the number I received on my bill.) Don't trust them to communicate with you. Get another quote. Do more price shopping since they're willing to admit they messed up but aren't willing to do anything about it.
My parents have used this company and highly recommend. Not something we do often, but when needed, DUCTZ will be the go to--hands down.
We've been using Ductz for several years on our home and all of our rentals. Mr Thompson always has fair prices and has no problem explaining what needs to be cleaned or replaced and why. It's good to know where your money is going.

Two tech's came and cleaned out our H/A ducts. Very professional, explained everything they did and showed us pictures. We would use them again.
Fast and courteous
We contacted them for a quote on having our system cleaned, they gave us a reasonable quote. When our appointment came up they were very professional, wearing shoe covers, masks, gloves, etc. They used drop cloths and were mindful of our furniture. The lead technician laid out everything they were doing and how they were going to do it. Our system works 100% better than it did!
I engaged Ductz Indoor Air Professionals to provide cleaning of dryer vents for the Reunion, my house included, on 8/6/2020. Ann in the administrative office was pleasant to work with, we formed agreement on a group rate of 10+ homes, and we coordinated on the roll out of the service to the neighborhood. The two service techs deployed were early for their first appointment, wore masks for safety, were very professional and efficient, and the neighborhood residents were very pleased with their service. Based on successful results, we would like for this to be annual event for the Reunion neighborhood.
I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company. They came out today to clean our dryer vent and boy, did it needed. Fauntz and Alex did a great job. Very professional and supper nice guys. Thanks again.

Love this company! The repairman was very professional and friendly. He fixed my dryer vent clog and even made it easier for me to clean behind the dryer. That means a lot for a person with arthritis! Thank you, DUCTZ!
I contacted this company to clean our HVAC ductwork. At first after we scheduled an appointment they never showed then I contacted them again and the owner himself came out to give me an estimate and explained they were just going through some administration changes. Later two gentleman came out and cleaned our ductwork, they were more than professional, they wore shoe covers and everything while inside my home. They even realized we had a new baby in our house and went the extra mile to fix a couple extra deficiencies for us knowing that we didn't want dirty air flowing around in our house with the little guy.
Won’t stop until the job is done correctly! Love these guys!
