Excellent work, on time and clean up was perfect
Austin and his crew were great. New ac, new ducts and new insulation. Major job. The guys did their best to prevent a mess, (drywall dust is always a mess) They also cleaned up what they could. All nice and professional. Recommend highly.
They were very professional, kind and I really appreciated how clean they left my house. I would highly recommend this company.
Brittany and Ricardo were excellent! Brittany scheduled me right away, and followed up after to make sure everything went smoothly. Ricardo made sure to take before and after photos as well as answer all my questions. Vents are working well again!
I'm very pleased with the installation of my new ductwork. There was a high level of professionalism and courteousness displayed by the installers. I appreciated that the CEO of the company, Austin Herde, stopped by and observed the work. Additionally, he asked if I had any concerns. The CEO coming to the work site speaks volumes about the company. Duct Masters is a company I highly recommend if you have air or heating issues.
Professional, efficient and overall a great company to have come into your home. Sales reps are informed and provide all options. I had ducts resealed, new Mini split installed and thermostat and could not be happier. They also offer financing as its a big purchase all together and maintenance packages after install.
Our experience with Ductmasters was excellent. They worked with us to make sure we got the service unit we needed. The removal of the old system and installation of the system was careful and no mess. The service personnel showed up on time, worked very effectively and efficiently and did not stop until everything was complete and cleaned up. This company went above and beyond. No complaints; only praise!

I asked for a quote, for duct work and new mini splits, from 4 companies. Only DuctMasters provided a timely, professional consultation and detailed itemization of costs and services.
Duct master were one of the most responsible companies I have dealt with in a long time. If they tell you they will arrive at a certain time you can count on that. Tired of waiting around for fly by night companies that never uphold their commitment. To me time is precious and valuable. Very happy with the work and outcome. They replaced my entire duct system and installed a new AC. Would highly recommend them.
I needed immediate repair work done on my air-conditioning ducts, I researched local companies and found DuctMasters. The reviews were excellent and Better Business Bureau gave them high marks… and I can see why. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate and explained everything that would need to be done to ensure I had a safe clean environment. The estimate was reasonable and they began work immediately. I appreciated The technicians showing up early and ready to work. And work they did for three days… explaining all the processes along the way allowing me to take pictures and record all the maintenance that took place. I actually had to tell the technicians to please take a break! Their days were long and they got the job completed. I am very pleased with the result and outcome. They left a tidy and clean work area and constantly cleaned as they went throughout the entire job. I would highly recommend DuctMasters to do ductwork, air conditioning maintenance or cleaning including drywall repair. 5 stars!

DuctMasters replaced my damaged dryer duct in the attic, reattached the dryer vent behind the dryer and cleaned all my HVAC vents. William and Will did a fantastic job. They were on time, polite and did a thorough job. I would use this company again.

Just made another call to receive service about coming home to my home being over 80 degrees and disgustingly warmer than outside, after a hard day of work. This is literally my 5th or 6th call and the rep hing up on me after I explained how it is unacceptable for me to have to pay extra for something that I purchased in full from them. This is greatly becoming a regret, like I really need this happening during these times. *Update 02/20 I was contacted by a real manager from the company and assures that I would get the earliest service call. The 3hrs party phone support will be addressed and I can enjoy the ac once again. *Update 09/22 So just made the call and went with installers of my AC and long time maintenance Duct Masters after waking up to the house at a dank 90° - checked the thermostat #4 or #5 battery and it was good changed the filter which was good, flushed out the run off pipe which is done monthly, hosed down the coils and powered off all the breakers inside/outside to get my major investment of AC running again. After being told that there is a $250 charge for "After Hours" when the company was labeled open, it was very hard to swallow so I elected to take the next available appointment. The technicians arrived and found the issue. Capacitor #? I lost count after multiple repairs on a new unit. At the time of billing I was let in on the charges. So being a loyal customer and knowledgeable about billing and labor fees I have learned my lesson. I will no longer refer them to any of my neighbors. This type of business jeopardizes the great people that come out to situations like this. I wish them the best.
Placed order to have my laundry duct cleaned from the roof. Quote $449. Guy came and somehow didn’t have a ladder. Called someone to bring him one. Which never happened. Then he said it’s going to cost more $$$ because he needs two more guys and a larger ladder than what he already had. He unplugged my coil on the back of my machine unplugged the whole thing and left it. I couldn’t use it if I wanted. Reassembled huge coil and it was stretched out. Stanley Steamer operated from the roof and got everything done less than an hour at $196.50. Call Stanley Steamer 1st.
**EDITED** We had some obstacles and complications along the way, but DuctMasters did respond and make things right. It shows that this company values the quality of their work and the reputation of their business, which is an enormous value in and of itself. If for some reason, something needs improvement or rectification, it is reassuring to know that DuctMasters will follow through and make sure the job is completed to the customer's standards. I also want to emphasize, the technicians that work for DuctMasters are an outstanding crew. Every one of them is respectful, hardworking, and make sure they clean up after any work is completed. It has actually been a pleasure each time they have come out to do a job.
