Extremely professional. I got a referral from a friend when my office AC stop working. Miguel came the same date and was able to fix it by the next day. Happy with the service.
Miguel and his team installed central air conditioning for us this spring, and we’ve been very pleased with the results! After discussing the project with multiple companies, we chose Duct Monkeys because they were a full service company and very reasonably priced. Miguel is very professional and knowledgeable - he was able to answer our many many questions about the system and the installation. He is very responsive and has made himself available whenever necessary. We have already recommended Duct Monkeys to several neighbors, and will continue to do so. We are extremely happy to have our central air this summer!
We had our hvac system die on the first hot day of the year with a newborn. We called the Duct Monkeys and they delivered! They were able to fit us in their schedule and showed up on time when they said they would. They were professional and friendly letting me know where they were in the process the whole time. The attic was very hot and they did the whole install with a smile in less than a day. They were thorough making sure everything was installed right and they stuck around to make sure it was operational. The price was very reasonable and they didn’t nickel and dime us. They also didn’t try to upsell us on products that were out of our needs. We highly recommend using them!
