This company is fantastic. They are super customer focused and are extremely intelligent with the work they do. After going thru several contractors who gave up on our crazy heat pump issues (from previous owner), they’ve taken the time to reverse engineer the install and troubleshoot. An absolute great company to work with, who stand by their work.
Called Duct Mate to service or replace a unit they installed 28 years ago as it wouldn't turn on. Talked to Pat to make an appointment and she asked us questions about the thermostat to try to avoid a service call. It was like talking to a friend, she was so very helpful and you could tell she truly cares about the customer. We made a diagnostic appointment for the next day. About a hour later we tried replacing batteries and then went to the furnace where the a/c unit is connected to find out the emergency switch was off. We turned it on and the a/c kicked right in. Called Pat back to cancel appointment and she couldn't be nicer. When the unit finally stops working I wouldn't even consider another business. Duct Mate is a family owned business and cares about their customers. Professional, friendly and patient answering all questions. They are the very best and we highly recommend them!
Joe Columbo from Duct Mate fixed our AC and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and efficient and he explained everything well. He's also a super nice guy! This is the second time Duct Mate has serviced our unit and we couldn't be happier. They are true professionals. Pat in the office is also wonderful. Highly recommend.
Have been using Duct Mate since 2014 when they installed my system, and have always had a great experience. Joseph Colombo was really nice, very professional and super helpful taking care of all the maintenance my unit needed. This company came to us highly recommended from a friend. I am so glad we used them. This company is the real deal when it comes to HVAC. The crew showed up ready to work on the date promised (in 95 degree heat!). They blew me away with their skill and efficiency. They knew what they were doing and how to do it. They barely took a lunch break! The entire crew was extremely professional and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. Everything worked as indicated and they walked me through setting up the units after installation. An excellent example of how a family business should operate. Thank you so much Duct Mate!!

This is a fantastic family owned business that I highly recommend. Extremely professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm so glad I found them! They are a pleasure to interact with. I was having a problem with my HVAC unit (AC wasn't working well) and they knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem. The quality of their job is outstanding. They don't upsell you or have you replace parts that don't need to be replaced. They are very courteous and respectful of your place and will take they necessary precautions if they need to transport equipment in your home. They are experts in their industry and I would absolutely call them again. Give them a try if you haven't!

Super easy to work with great family owned business.
This is a family business with a big heart. It was Friday afternoon in July, my very elderly mother needed help replacing the thermostat battery. The weekend heatwave was coming and Mom couldn't get her AC system to turn on. Patti came to the rescue by sending someone from her office to replace the battery and reset her thermostat. Everything turned out well. Very grateful.
Called Duct Mate because you AC was not.workomg the way it should. Instead of trying to make an appt for service right off the bat, they walked me through a few steps to see if there was a simple fix since I had already tried replacing the filter. Turned out it was an easy fix with the filter! Alot of companies would have charged big $$$ to come and take a look at the unit. These guys were honorable, helpful, knowledgable. We will be contacting for any service needs in the futute for sure. Great service!

Our experience with DuctMate was second to none. Everything from the initial phone contact through completion was handled professionally with all involved being courteous and aware of any and all concerns we had. My wife and I were looking to hire a local and reputable installer of central air conditioning systems. We met with three separate local air conditioning installers based upon the best online reviews. Duct Mate was one of the three companies we met with. In short, we could not be happier with the quality of products we purchased from Duct Mate and the level of service and professionalism they provided. We definitely made the right choice with Duct Mate. The owner of Duct Mate, Joe, was the person who came out to meet us at our house. He was personable, knowledgeable, and by far the most thorough in explaining how he would go about installing our system. He not only listened to our specific concerns (as to where the ductwork would be hidden, preferred location of vents, and size of units needed per zone), but he also understood our concerns and gave us several options on how to address them. He was ultimately able to answer every question of ours. While Duct Mate was not the cheapest quote we received, we felt most confident moving forward with them and believed that they offered the best value. It also helped that Duct Mate was the only company to assure us that everything would be included in the cost of the work. They explained how they would be available after installation during the warranty period to address any issues. Needless to say, we have had no issues with the system. Throughout the entire period of work, Joe and his team were courteous, professional, and competent. Joe, himself, was literally on his hands and knees at times to take care of the fine detail work. Joe’s son and several other workers helped with the installation of our system—and every one of them was as respectful as the other. I will also note that there were no scuffs, scratches, or other damage caused to my home by Duct Mate despite constantly walking and moving of equipment up and down multiple flights of stairs. It's a real shame I can't rate 10 Stars! This family business is top notch, plain and simple. I called them when I bought my new house because they came highly recommended by a friend. They did full the installation of my Central Air/Heat unit ten years ago. And when I say full, I mean full. Heater unit, condenser, and duct work with returns throughout all three floors of my house. I expected to pay over 15k for everything but was very pleasantly surprised! Recently during a very cold morning I had an issue with my heater unit, it was getting cold real fast in the house! Bottom line, my Rheem unit crapped out. I called Joe and Patty and within a couple of hours Joe Jr was at my house tearing into the unit. In no time Jr figured out that the main curcuit board burned out and damaged the blower motor. He called several suppliers until he located both parts in two different locations, picked them up, and came back and installed them. Needless to say, by mid-afternoon my house was nice and toasty again! With several kids, grandchildren and dogs at home, I'm soooo glad that we didn't all have to snuggle up together on my bed to stay warm that night! LOL Thank you guys!
Joe jr.,Jason,Rich,Eric, and Angel replaced our residential air conditioner quickly, efficiently and very carefully in one day. They cleaned up all neatly and Brian in the office called back quickly and answered all my questions.
