Not a real business. AHS assigned me them to repair a furnace and they never showed to the appointment never pick up the phone and voicemail is full.
I was assigned this vendor through American Home service. They never pick up their call and their voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message. This is a scam service contractor that AHS needs to dump. Would not recommend them for any service in the future
Went through my home insurance to get my heater repaired and unfortunately they chose these people for the job. They came out to inspect the heater. Weeks went by and they haven not called us yet to schedule the next appointment for installation. My home insurance has emailed them, called multiple times, left a voice message and I have also called many times and they will not answer the phone. Now their voicemail box is full and you cant even leave a message. Also their voicemail greeting is very weird and it sounds like a joke, like this isn't even a real company. I feel like they are a scam at this point. American Home Shield needs to stop using them ASAP. Super unprofessional.
Avoid this "company" as they have no customer service. They are rude and unprofessional.
Deliberately misdiagnose issues to overcharge. When complaining about it, the lady on the phone tells you how wrong you are. Unprofessionally will talk over you and will rediagnose the problem because her own workers are too incompetant, (or are they?), to tell me the real issue, just to overcharge. Yes, they know what theyre doing, in fixing issues, and in fixing issues that are non existent to get over on customers. Shame on me for falling for it.....
Duct Care did amazing job. Their staff are very professional. They installed a brand new A/C unit in our home. Now we are ready for a cool summer. Thank you! Highly recommended for any services they’re offering.
Freezing outside our heating system shuts off . We call few company no one answer the phone at that time . Duct care contact me back and save us by sending Mario to fix our unit thank god that Mario live 15 min from my house . He was quick and professional now we have heat at home .

I just left a review 10 hours ago but no more now. I guess they paid google to have my review hidden as Alex said. This company is not right. I made an appointment two days ago and they said they will send a tech here 5-7 pm but nobody came and a guy called me at 7:40pm said he would come next day. On next day afternoon, I confirmed he would come on 6:30pm. But nobody came, nobody called me to explain, nobody to receive phone call! This company just tried to make many appointments to make sure they have job to do, then they will follow their appointments if they don't finish their previous work! This is business fraud. You cannot trust them. They may cheat on you on other sides during the work.
Furnace and duct work replacement . Duct care services provide us furnace and duct replacement . We found that all our duct got damage and we contact them to provide us estimate price for the replacement . Sam arrive on time and check all the duct work and furnace and provide us estimated price to replace the unit and the duct work . price was great compare to other company that visit our place before they arrive . We agree to the price and they finish the job day after . Very clean and the installers was very professional . I will defiantly give them a call .
Amazing service very professional services and competitive pricing on HVAC install system. Duct Care Services replaced our furnace and the duct system as well .they did very good job ,i will defiantly recommend them to all my family and friends .
Tom came to my home the same day I called to check my house air conditioner. He check the easy things first, fuses, control panel, etc. I appreciated that he checked the low cost easy items first. He then check the unit and found a bad capacitor. He had the part in the truck and the entire process only took 30 minutes. Tom was great and efficient.
This is one of the most reputable companies I have worked with in regards to AC work. I had just moved into a new place and there was that "old house" smell. So I purchased a Groupon and they come right away. As soon as they walked in they were like, by the smell I can tell your AC is dirty. I explained that I moved in a few days before and noticed it. The air quality was so bad and I was congested and felt sick every morning I woke up. They showed me the unit, there was mold and mildew actually on the coils and it was disgusting. They gave me a great deal and I gave the invoice to my Landlord. My landlord called and got quotes from SEVERAL different companies and this company came in at the lowest price. They came immediately the next day and fixed my problem! WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! While they were there I had one of the guys look at my dryer, which wasn't drying my clothes, despite being on for over an hour. He said the lint vent needed to be snaked. I watched them snake it for 15 minutes and I have never seen anything like that come out of a vent. This is how fires are started!! So glad they were there to prevent! They were professional and so nice. I get it, most people don't have a disgusting AC unit or a dryer vent that needs to be snaked. I was very unfortunate to move into, which is a great rental, it just needed some work done. My point is, with the condition that my dryer and AC were in they could've over charged me, broke things, made up things, and made a pretty penny off of it, BUT THEY DIDNT. You always hear about consumers being in a bad situation, which is only made worse my a corrupt repair company. Companies like this are like "knights in shining armor".
