Even though I called about 2-3 weeks ago for an appointment, I was told I would be contacted sometime to set up an appointment. No one has called me.
We are going to miss dealing with everyone at DuAll. Happy retirement. Hoping FB is wrong about the news that you retired...
The technician arrived within the window they gave when I called. After checking the furnace they provided a quote for the work and completed it right away. Reasonably priced and I didn't feel taken advantage of since I was sitting in a cold house. Kat was an exceptional technician and I felt very safe with her in the house.
Kat was early, professional, very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Amazing experience and highly recommend DuAll and Kat!

Prompt and courteous service on a Sunday (emergency call). Appreciate the early arrival time because the electrical smell was a bit concerning. Larry explained EVERYTHING in detail about what could be causing the smell. He diagnosed all things related to the issue thoroughly and patiently. Gave some really good recommendations for potential unforeseen problems. Highly recommend them!

Amazing service…thought my furnace wasn’t working the day before Christmas Eve and they had someone out right away to help. Turns out I just needed to replace the filter so I felt stupid but Kat was amazing and kind and helped show me how to change it and which one to buy. So grateful for their help and quick response!
Furnace tune up done by DuAll Heating & Cooling every year but sometime furnace has problem once during winter season
Kat was exceptional. She went through the troubleshooting process, found the issue and fixed it. She educated me on my 55 year old furnace. She obviously knew her stuff. I highly recommend DuAll to all looking for an honest company with well trained service techs.
DuAll has provided service for us for years now! We had an issue recently, and they were so responsive! Jenny took my call and was so kind! She was able to accommodate my schedule as a teacher, and got us on the books ASAP. Kat came out for our service call, and she was so thorough! I was impressed with her depth of knowledge, and dedication to solving the problem. When it was determined that she needed to replace a part that she didn't have, she was able to get our family warm for the evening and came back the very next day. She was in and out in under ten minutes! Kat was friendly, understanding of my kiddos (nothing like a tantrum when you're having a service call), and professional. I'm incredibly impressed with the service she provided! DuAll is DEFINITELY our go to for HVAC. We trust the quality of work, the value of the work, and the service providers we've had. I 100% recommend DuAll for any HVAC needs!
Very professional, reasonable price and knowledgeable service.
This was my first time having DuAll come out to my home. The previous company I used just didn't seem to have the time to come out, yet alone respond to me for over 2 months. Making my appointment with Donna was easy and I was able to get a convenient appointment in a few days. The technician was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Going forward, I will definitely be calling on DuAll for any of my future heating and air conditioning needs.
