I’d give Jim all the stars available! He came on July 4th to put in an AC unit for me. He spent so much time here on the evaluation and explained and showed me everything. Never pressured me into making a decision and gave me options. Jim also came by with a window unit so it was so hot until he could do the installation. I’d recommend him without hesitation

We were in need of an HVAC inspection and Jim Drexel was referred by a friend and neighbor who recently hired him for some repairs. Jim provided a thorough review and shared helpful info on our heat and A/C systems. He identified a need for freon and quickly completed the refresh. Was nice to work with Jim, highly recommend his service, and have already marked our calendar for an annual follow up.
Jim was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd ask him to look at my AC unit because I heard a rattling sound from last season and he checked it out and unfortunately gave me the news that I would be needing a new system and showed me what was the problem. He then installed the new unit and kept me updated during the job and when he was complete went over everything with me. I highly recommend Drexel HVAC LLC.

Jim installed 2 Ductless heating and air conditioning units at my home just over a year ago. Did a outstanding and professional job. Performed all work in a timely manner. The units he installed work great couldn't be more satisfied. Would recommend Drexel HVAC to anyone looking to having Heating and air conditioning installed, repaired or yearly service.
Air conditioning went suddenly in 100 degree weather and Jim came right out replaced the condenser and had me up and running in hours. Incredibly clean, conscience and respectful of my home and affordable. HIGHLY recommended

I've hired Jim to work on a couple repairs for me, and he has done excellent, efficient work both times. One was an air conditioning repair, and the other was evaluating and fixing a gas fireplace. Jim is great about checking in with you and letting you know when he'll arrive, so you're not waiting around all day or for a large window of time. I believe Jim provides excellent service at a fair cost, and he is very knowledgeable and honest when discussing repair options with you, and what you may need in the future. This being said, I would definitely recommend Jim to others!

Jim is amazing. He provided multiple options for our HVAC repair and takes pride in his work. He has installed two HVAC systems for me and is meticulous in his installs as well. Highly recommend for any HVAC service, repair or install. He is the only person who works on my systems.

Jim has been servicing our A/C, heater and hot water heater for years! He provides exceptional service with reasonable prices. Jim takes the time to explain the services he provided, along with recommendations/considerations to keep things operating as expected. Trust and expertise are my top two priorities when it comes to developing service relationships and Jim ranks #1 in my book in both of these areas. (P.S.) His schedule can be super busy, but clearly there's a reason for that. If you get annual maintenance done, then you'll have few emergencies ;-)
