Matt and his team were prompt, professional and did a great job replacing my HVAC unit
Matt has been my go to for AC repair and replacement for 5 years. He is communicative, helpful, and I trust his experience and knowledge. Doesn’t try to sell me something I don’t need and will lay out the facts!! If you need a good contact for AC, call Matt.
Matt is awesome! I called him at 9pm, my ac was up and running by 10:15pm. Contacted another provider 2 days ago and they still haven’t arrived. Matt is professional, knowledgeable, and economical. He also has broad knowledge of other home repairs so he can save you hundred if not thousands in the long run. Call Matt for HVAC repairs and more! He has certainly earned my business and deserves to have yours too!
Our air broke down in over 100 degree heat. Matt from Dream can right out and got it working right away. Did a great job and followed up with us too!
Great Job and immediate results from Dream AC and Heating! Matt came out same day in the evening, spent about 2+ hours working through the issues we had and discovered multi issues that other AC companies missed and overlooked. He fixed first unit that was not cooling and came back the next day to investigate and fix the second unit. He charged a reasonable fee for services. Building a business on Honesty and Integrity. I needed help after one of the locally advertised HVAC firms didn't do everything as expected. That left me with water damage on the ceiling from a clogged drain. Dream Air showed up on time, qiickly diagnosed the issue and set about solving the problem. Straight forward professional work without the advertising overhead cost. Dream Air lived up to their name—they were a dream to work with. We had received a high quote to replace our AC system, but Dream came quickly to provide a second quote. I could tell they were trustworthy and honest. They replaced our whole system for a great price and did so with professionalism and excellence. Highly recommend!
We called Dream Air Conditioning and Heating to get a second opinion on repairs that were recommended by another air conditioning company. We agreed that the best option was to replace the HVAC unit. Matt and his team of installers were out the next week to replace the unit including a Nest thermostat with sensors. The team from Dream was professional and courteous and did a great job with the install. We are very pleased with our new unit and the money we saved when compared to the estimate we got from our long-time HVAC service company. I'd recommend Dream for HVAC replacement and service.
We had an 20year old 2.5ton unit that was failing to cool. Called Dream AC based on a reccomendation from guys at work. Office staff was courteous, and worked around our schedule. This is a family business, and they treat you as such. Called us on the day of the appointment to confirm arrival time. AC techs arrived, introduced themselves, and got to work. Very polite, and efficient. Checked the outside and attic units. Confirmed a coil leak was the problem. Outlined our choices, and gave us estimates for each. Prices seemed reasonable. We went with a new unit. It was time. Day of the install, they arrived on time, and got to work again. I was struck by how quietly, and efficiently they worked. A lot of experience in this crew. They wrapped up in about 3.5hours. Everything looked good, we settled up, and off they went. New system has been runing good. I think I found a new AC guy for the family.
Matt and his team are great to work with! I called him on a Saturday afternoon with no cold air coming out, and he scheduled me for a Monday checkup even asking if I needed a weekend appointment, which I did not. After looking over things he recommended a new coil and it was installed a few days later. I felt like he was honest about what was needed to fix the problem and did not try to sell me a whole new system. The installation team was on time and very professional. I will definitely be recommending then to all my friends and family in the area and will use them again for any future services. Thanks Matt and team for your great work.
Matt has been our AC guy for 8+ years. We sought him out when he finally went indy and couldn't be happier for him and his team! He has been maintaining our 17 year old HVAC and we finally decided to replace it. He made time for us the very next day and his team was very professional and thorough. They showed up on time, worked tirelessly thru the afternoon and cleaned up everything as if they hadn't been there. The unit they installed is night and day compared to our old unit. Matt and his crew deservedly take pride in their work! I am sure there are some less reputable companies out there that might quote lower, but quality equipment and REAL professionals installing is a better bargain in the long run. We are looking forward to being very satisfied customers of Dream Air as long as we are in the DFW area!
If you need anything AC-related (in my case it was a new system), save yourself some time and go with Dream. There is no need to search around (believe me, I’ve had some bad times with those other companies before). Beyond the fair pricing, the most reassuring thing was knowing that the job would get done correctly. Everything is immaculate. Matt and his team at Dream kept me up to date throughout the process, explained everything clearly and were readily available for any questions. I am 100% confident in my choice and the result reflects that decision. Quality equipment, perfect install, attention to detail, clean. No shortcuts here. It’s not easy to find someone who isn’t just all about sales; they know their stuff. I could not be happier and would recommend everyone to use them.

Matt and his team did an excellent job replacing the HVAC system in our town home. This is the second unit I’ve had to replace in this home so I can speak from a comparative experience. The Dream team is thorough, efficient and they didn’t make any mess…which was a challenge because of the effort involved. A++ job. Highly recommend these guys.
Matt is the absolute best! The first time I used him I was without working air conditioning on a weekend in the summer. He came to help me within the next hour and immediately fixed the problem with a part he already had in his truck. His pricing is so reasonable (even on a weekend) and his quick response to calls is always appreciated. We use him for our bi-annual maintenance & cleaning and just had him fix ductwork that had been detached from our vents by our general contractor. He is responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and just an all around great guy - you can feel good about supporting local business!
