Excellent service.
My house had a hot water problem we had your translation last week but it wasn't any better and he came the second time to fix it but it was still bad they didn't have hot water to use, they I feel very much about your service, we need you to deal with it quickly and efficiently. We feel your translation is only one star.
The best customer service imaginable!
I came home late one January evening to no heat on one of the coldest days of the year (negative real feels!) It was a Friday night before a long holiday weekend and snow storm predicted the next day. I called DRB at 12:15AM and owner Dan was at my house by 1AM. He got the boiler working for the night while explaining what had happened and all of my options. He then returned the next day (while in the midst of endless other service calls) to replace the faulty controller and got me back up and running. Thank you Dan! I've found my new company for all my Heating + Cooling needs and services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been using DRB Heating and Cooling services for years now. Often times, service is completed by the owner himself, which is great. But other technicians have serviced my furnace or a/c, and they’ve all done a fine job. No complaints here! Dan is reliable, competent, and a consummate professional, and he never tries to upsell. Sophia always keeps me informed, including when Dan is running late. With any repairs, one must anticipate delays, as the technician might run into unexpected complications at a previous job. I do appreciate that Sophia keeps customers informed. It’s those small things that makes a big difference.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. My father in law owns an HVAC company so I rarely have the need for an HVAC contractor. But the blower motor on our furnace died on a Friday night at about 5:30 and it was in December during one of the coldest cold snaps in recent history. My father in law was slammed with his business which is based over an hour away, so I had to call someone local. Not only did Dan come right out to diagnose the problem, but he went so far above and beyond to make sure our heat was back up within 24 hours it was incredible. He was also very busy, so he sent his wife from Beverly to Brockton to pick up the part he needed to fix the furnace and had us back up and running the next day. The price was also very fair considering he came out after hours, on a weekend, on short notice during a very busy time AND DID I MENTION HIS WIFE DROVE TO FREEKING BROCKTON??? Thank you again DRB! You have another local customer!
