I got connected to Drayton Mechanical via my new home warranty company. I have had other techs come out and they weren’t able to resolve the issue. Within the hour, Sharad assessed the units, identified the problem, and had a solution. Luckily he had the replacement part in his inventory and was able to replace the faulty part. He checked to ensure that it was working properly before ge left. We even communicated later that day and the next day to make sure everything was still good. Sharad was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I definitely recommend the business and they will be a first call next time I have an HVAC issue.
Shared showed up at the scheduled time with a smile. He was very knowledgeable about the issues my units were having and was honest with me about his diagnosis and the price. He returned at the day and time he promised and fixed my unit. My unit working perfectly!!! Well definitely use again and recommend to friends!

Poor experience! AC was not cooling. Called Technician for appointment between 8 and noon. Technician arrived over an hour later. inspected ac unit, advised that a couple wires were unattached. Paid $75 deductible. AC still not working. Tried multiple times to call technician. Completely IGNORED. Never received a call or text from this business. Ever! Highly disappointed and would not recommend this company!!!
