They always do a good job and are informative.
Technician arrived on time and diagnosed my problem in good time. My A/C is cooling again and my dogs and I are happy to be comfortable again.
Owner really unprofessional on the phone and isn’t in the business of keeping customers or making things right, even for a misunderstanding. Blamed his technician who did nothing wrong. Sucks because I was a long time customer prior to our latest experience. 👎
Robert Hancock was very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Got my a/c up and running in no time and gave me options of what could happen later down the line and what to look for. Prices seemed inline if not cheaper than other bigger businesses. A family owned business is much better that a corporate owned - for me that means alot. Having an honest person to give options and not pushy means alot. Would recommend them to others
The people working to fix our old A/C system were AMAZING. They came on time, when they couldn't finish the job due to a rotted floor, they let us know and gave us a really good portable A/C unit to keep our home survivable. They came back on time, they were diligent, they kept things professional but not stiff. Their sense of humor is top notch and the work they've done for us deserves 6 stars. I can already feel the blessed coolness of the new A/C and it makes me so happy. 11/10, definitely recommend!!!
Service tech Robbie was great and explained every step of the process during his visit. Was only coming out to do routine maintenance and checked additional stuff that it was working properly. Everything was great and gave me some tips on keeping my unit clean and operational. Will definitely use Dr. P’s again.
Jason was very helpful and very professional. We’ve had problems with our unit ever since it was installed by another company. Jason located the problems that the other company couldn’t and is working to correct the issues. He showed me the problems and took pictures. I appreciate his thoroughness.
Dr P has done work in two homes we've owned. They are very prompt, professional, courteous and priced affordably.
The tech that came out was very respectful of our time and home. They kindly and simply explained and showed all the issues to us and provided us with simple options to resolve the AC issue.

Jason Eads was our technician today and he did such a great job and was very professional and friendly. I have used this company for an issue I had and now to maintain my system and they are always kind and friendly. Thanks Jason for you hard work today and for your professionalism. Highly reccomend!!
The gentleman that did our service was very friendly and did a great job fixing our AC equipment.
EDITED: Dr. P's did a fabulous job replacing our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. David and Kane dismantled the old system, and installed the new system and we were cooling off within 9 hours. They did also worked on our duct system to improve the flow throughout the house. They were very respectful of our property and understood that we were working from home, the noise was kept to a minimum. Robbie also came and installed a whole house humidifier. He did an excellent job. Again very respectful of the property and the fact that someone was working from home. Looking forward to not having to run room humidifiers in the winter. Peter, the owner, and Jodie, office manager, were very responsive and easy to work with and took the time to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. P's to anyone who has any HVAC needs whether it is repair or replacement.
