They even came out to check the work three days later, all on their own, just to be sure the unit was working properly. Awesome. Do not go to Mullinax. Dr. KOOL diagnosed and put it in writing AND FIXED everything we approved at that time.4 trips in 1.5 months by Mullinax, and not once did they mention a part needed or a diagnosis and never anything in writing. These guys didn't just take a late night msg to be handled at 8am like Mullinax. Dr. Kool made a 1AM repair call!
