Randy and his wife Laura are the best. Our AC stopped working and we called them on a day they don’t normally work. They were at the pool and left the pool to come to our house and get our AC fixed! Definitely went over and above for us. They aren’t a big mega company. Local to Woodstock and great people. Highly recommend them!

Professional business that dealt with my rescheduling the visit 3 times. I was notified who the technican was, when the tech would arrive, then the tech arrived on time ( that's a lost art) . The tech dealt with my 1000 questions and explained everything thoroughly without one eye roll AND THEN they looked up my own warranty for me. I'm so glad I found Dr.F HVAC ( actually they found me!) Many thanks to Lisa and Brett! Update - before I made this review I had a message on my phone. I called back after. It was the OWNER Laura Lahr calling to check if everything went well with the visit. I feel like I'm in a time warp. Who does this? Laura, Lisa and Brett. In addition to your day jobs, please go to med school for primary care , I have yet to find one with 50% the level of service you provide.
Brett was the technician that came out to our house. He was on time, very courteous, professional and quite knowledgeable and very down to Earth. Had our system back up and running in no time.

Called to schedule my first Spring tune-up with Dr. Fahrenheit and a few days later they were out to perform the service. They had mentioned during scheduling that if I provided my own filters they would install; luckily one of the big box stores had them on sale. However since my system uses the 4 inch filters and I had replaced them in the fall I didn't need them to be replaced and will simply have them for the next tune-up. It's honesty from businesses that unfortunately is a rare thing these days. They were very knowledgable and friendly. There were no service up charges or pressure to add un-needed services and they were done in about an hour.
Brett was great all the ladies and gents are lovely they came out and help me out with my AC I will have them come back for more work lovely bunch of guys and ladies they came up gave me a quote on the new system. Had it fitted some of my parts needed to be replaced. They did it for your charge and thankful for that but it was it nice and clean workspace Winn Britt left the work he done was great and again company. I would recommend them to anybody small company. I don’t need to go to the big companies because they want to rip you off and most people want to save Money and I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for a AC unit or furnace work or a duck work. Thank you again, Guys.

HVAC semi annual service check-up. Technician was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 & 12:00 but he didn’t get here until 2:00.
The owners personally contacted me and made me feel like I was in great hands. Service technicians were EARLY and professional! Great install! Cleaned up behind themselves and system was installed in a neat professional manner. 10/10
