I was impressed by Mike's attention to detail. He carefully assessed what was needed before offering options for my review. He is technically very competent and a pleasure to work with. I am glad that I found him and that he made time to visit my house to replace a package unit.
I have used Dr degrees for 2 pool heater gas line installations, a tankless hot water heater installation, and he has serviced the hvac system at current home. Every time he exceeds expectations. Explains things well. Goes above in making sure everything works well. Keeps the work area very clean (it looks better than when he arrived).
If you are looking for the best AC repair company, this is the one. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our evaporator coil and gave us a few different options to procced with the quickest way to replace our unit. He replaced the evaporator coil, cleaned my outside unit and even submitted my warranty paperwork to the manufacturing company and extended my warranty to 10 years. Nobody better, will use him again to replace my whole system and rezone it in early spring next year.
Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He is definitely an expert in the HVAC field. The price quoted was the price we paid. I would definitely do business with him again.

Mike conducted a comprehensive analysis and unlike many local HVAC companies, provided a very detailed list of options to suit literally any budget, and discussed the pro's-and-con's of each. Always wanted to switch from a gas water heater to a tankless. Called around and received a couple of estimates. Dr. Degrees came in very reasonable. His prompt customer service is a rarity these days. He arrived same day I called. His professional, hardworking team installed a recirculating Rinnai. It was a big job because we relocated the original water tank location to the garage so a lot of prep work needed to be completed. No small detail was left untouched. We love the new equipment. It is fast and efficient just like Dr. Degree’s team. Thank you!
Professional and personable, I couldn't recommend Mike more. He went above and beyond even for our small project. I was referred to him by a friend that had a total system replacement and they had nothing but good things to say about his company.
Mike was very knowledgable throughout the process. Explained all different ways that we could tackle my AC problem and the pros and cons of doing each. I ended up replacing the whole unit (inside and outside). Fair pricing and very professional. Highly recommend Dr. Degrees.
Couldn't be happier. We received excellent products, and premier (perfectionist) service at one of the lowest costs we found after weeks of searching and after receiving many, many quotes from other vendors, large and small. We liked Dr. Degree for many reasons, initially, and now after he completed the work. Initially, Mike looked at all aspects our HVAC, not just they system itself, to include mechanical, air flow, size of house, of windows, numbers and sizes of registers and returns, etc. to learn what our current system can (ideally) provide for us. Then he spoke with us to learn our goals. He used the data he collected, especially the goals he received from us to provide us with some alternatives for an upgraded system. When he did the job he did excellent work and would not allow hidden issues he found to remain, but fixed them as well. We are very happy with his quote, with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone.
My family and I are very grateful for the exceptional job that Dr. Degrees Mike G. and Sam had done in installing our new HVAC unit. They've both put in extra work and time, not only to ensure that the job was completed satisfactorily but to guarantee that it was done the best way possible. We now have good airflow from the vents as Mike added a second return, reconfigured the main air supply lines in the attic, etc. to make our HVAC unit perform efficiently. Mike is very meticulous with his work, his attention to details is unmatched and is the subject-matter expert when it comes to HVAC. Outstanding attention to detail. Fair and honest pricing. This was the best home service experience I have ever had. We had 2 complete HVAC zones replaced. Thorough and hard working plus very good at explaining what is being done and how things work.
Dr. Degrees is the Go-To Place for all things HVAC! They saved us during the hottest day in August when they quickly fixed our compressor fan. So they were our choice to replace our 18-year old AC Unit this month. From start to finish, Mike G. and Sam were most highly professional and not only replacing the AC Unit, but also the entire duct work -- on time and within budget. "The Doctor" is truly a subject matter expert, whose pride in workmanship, responsiveness, and genuine courtesy are greatly appreciated. He has our most highest recommendation.
