I very seldom leave reviews but I’m so happy that Dr. Cool recommended the Daikin Fit inverter heat pump system and here’s why: After having our Daikin Fit inverter heat pump for a while I’m absolutely amazed how well it maintain temperature and the comfort of our home is amazing. It is so quiet it is hard to believe! This is one of the best decisions my wife and I have made. It is cost effective and keeps our home so comfortable! I would recommend the Daikin Fit system with NO RESERVATION. 😊

Absolutely horrific, in the summer, A/C would blow heat on the hottest days. In the winter, the fan goes in and out. Brand new heat pump and furnace. Installed incorrectly and after 4 trips out, still not working consistently. It takes days, if not weeks to get them out, and cannot get it to work. It's been several months, still not working.
Had a new Heat Pump installed a several years ago was happy with the installation everything was as promised. This last January needed to be serviced which was done in a prompt manner. There was a little confusion on billing do to the email process but after talking to Wayne the owner it was resolved very quickly.
I ordered an air filter for my unit and it was due to arrive the next day to no avail. I called the following day and a service technician delivered the filter to my home and offered to replace the dirty one with the new one. Best customer service a person can receive in these difficult times. Thank you Dr. Cool, Inc. for the amazing staff and service.
At 5 times the price you would expect a little proffessionalism from a company. They took advantage of my mother-in-law and used her gullability to way over charge to the tune of 5x what every other company quoted her and then left her with a dangerous nest of wires hanging outside the unit. They then charged her even more money to have someone come out and make it look "pretty" instead of doing it right. Save yourself a ton of money and get a real professional to do it right the first time!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Cool. From the quoting process, to price, to quality of work to quick response. Had them replace my heatpump and furnace summer 2019. Winter 2020 the blower motor failed under warranty, Dr. Cool came out and had it replaced in 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time I called my system was broken, back to a heated home. Couldn't be a happier customer.
I called around several competitors for someone to repair my heating return duct ASAP, and Dr. Cool responded the quickest. They came out the next day and completed a fantastic job at reasonable price. I highly recommend Dr. Cool. David is the best!
They got my 26 year old furnace working fully again after their routine maintenance.
Always provide excellent service it's amazing how quickly and efficiently they come out to care for our properties. As a property manager we depend on them then there is a time line by law. They always are timely and keep us with in the time line we need. Tha k you for always being amazing. I have even used them in my own house.
Pretty quick. Electrician failed to insulate the lines appropriately but they passed us with a warning.

Nick and David were very professional installing my Air Condition. They went out of their way answering all questions I had making sure I knew everything about the system. The Air Condition is great. The company is great to work with. I recommend them.
I would steer well clear of this company. Cummings and Hunts both came out, walked the house and I told them what I wanted. Both rep's told me they would go back, talk to the hvac guys and send me a quote. Dr Cool's rep arrived on site and almost immediately asked "how much are you looking to spend on this?". After walking the house, he told me "you're probably looking at $24,000" When I asked why he explained that I had several runs and they would all need to be replaced. When I told him I did not want them replaced he said that if I only wanted them repaired he said he could probably get it down to $12000. I asked him to send me a quote which he never did, I guess he could tell there was no way I was going for this. By way of comparison, the other 2 quotes I got were both for around $5k. My guess is they looked at the neighborhood and jacked my price up to see if I would go for it. These guys give me the same vibe as used car salesmen. Again, steer clear, they are clearly unscrupulous.
