Gregory from Down Home Comfort is my go-to AC expert for all my properties in Houston. They have helped me with AC issues a few times and it's always been a great experience working with them. A few years ago they did a full AC system replacement/install on a single family home, they did an excellent work and the pricing was better than any other bids I got. Most recently I called them again when AC was not cooling, they were able to visit the same day, diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend them!
This guy does not fill you w/you need to buy complete unit, including furnace. He explains that furnaces last longer & could split cost so as not to be stuck w/full cost of replacement. I've never had anyone explain it that way & he saved me thousands of dollars. Units still working great he only replaced one, checked all other things, & assured I had good working units. Awesome job.
Great service when he sold me a HVAC. But since then, they have not shown up to do Annual Maintenace - despite scheduling it 3 or 4 times. Shoulda just said you dont perform that. Not very customer centric.
Never thought my house could be this cool. After Gregory and his team finished replacing my AC system, I've cut down on my energy costs and my house stays cool despite the Texas heat. I've had a lot of AC guys come thru to diagnose my AC troubles, but none of them were as honest and reasonable as Down Home Comfort. Even though I had a small issue with my drain pan after the install, Gregory addressed it right away - no charge. He even helped me fix my damper problem! I highly recommend Down Home Comfort to anyone for their services.
