The techs were very respectful, knowledgeable. This is only our second experience with a company that actually cleans up before leaving. We will ABSOLUTELY be using Doug's again .
Our AC went out on one of the hottest days this summer. I called Doug. He was was at our house quickly and had the problem figured out and fixed in minutes. I would recommend Doug’s heating and air to anybody needing heating or ac service!

We are currently building a home and went with Doug's Heating and Air, they have exceeded our expectations!! Doug is great to work with! He shows up when scheduled, has great communication, no hidden fees or surprises and is very responsive. We had AC issues on a Friday evening during one of the hottest days of the year. House was 85 degrees when I called Doug. He had the issue diagnosed over the phone and within 10 minutes he arrived. Looked at the unit runs back to his van and had the part stocked in his van. Had the AC back up and running in minutes. If you ever need service or repair on a AC unit or furnace you 100% need to call Doug’s Heating and Air.
I had a carbon monoxide detector go off I called Doug he was at my house in 30 minutes checked all of the vents/furnace/carbon monoxide detectors diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. He did a great job.
