I have used this family-owned business for 15+ years. They are honest, fair, and provide quality service/work. They will always be my first call.
Very unprofessional. Gave me advice on what to do to possibly fix my air belittled the fact that I had already done the advised and then hung up on me. Find a professional establishment.
Dennis At first talked a good game but after 3 days of sweltering heat ac still not fixed. Tried to imply He was honest and would save me money and stood behind his work., He finished the job and was no cheaper and took 3 days to fix leak in ac system. At a cost of 1200$ and then his invoice said no warranty because he was not the first one to work on unit. This tells me he does not know what he is doing and can't tell what needs to be done to fix problem. Steer clear of this business and hire a professional company that will stand behind their work
Called Douglass to come and repair a bad install from another company. Dennis agreed to do the work, then called me two days later and told me his father told him to not take the job for fear of what the other company did. Dennis left my tenant with no AC and went back on his word. Douglass obviously is unethical and inexperienced. Don't use them!
We have used the Douglass's for Ober 20 years, when they put in new systems for our new home. They are always friendly, professional, and able to make sure we are comfortable. To the point they will move ducts around as a temporary measure, or provide portable units when they needed time to get a part. You can't go wrong with them.
Douglas Heat & Air is such an amazing company but also people. Highly recommend!
The tech who came out was incredibly friendly. He was able to fix my AC unit in under an hour. Very fair prices too. Would use them again.

Mr Douglas came out to our home quickly and diagnosed the issue and repaired the AC fan motor the same day. Very friendly, professional, and honest. We will definitely call Douglas again in the future and tell all our friends. This is a family owned business with fair pricing. We definitely recommend!

I have used Douglass Heat & Air for over 20 years. I can't say enough about the business and the family that owns it. When my husband was on kidney dialysis, and we had a problem with heat or air, they were at my house within hours to help out. I will never forget their kindnesses, and over the years they've replaced my old HVAC system with a new one. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, the fact that when they say they're going to be there..........they are. I would never even think of calling another company. They've always taken care of my problems with a professional and friendly attitude. They are the best at what they do.
