Vince and Horace installed baseboard heat in our home. They did such a great job and we couldn’t be happier. It was a job well done!
Search no more iIf you are looking for professional and high quality work. Mr. Dorch is skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided education on proper maintenance. There is no need to worry about unnecessary work or charges. Services completed are out of necessity. I am greatly satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again!
I received Vincent’s contact from a family member and they said his service is great and it sure was! He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions along the way. We had a gas valve that leads to the gas dryer that needed to be replaced. I called Vincent and he arrived immediately and fixed the issue all in the same day. It only took him a few minutes to resolve the matter. He also tested our dryer and offered some great advice on our HVAC systems and how to maintain it. I would encourage anyone if they are looking for HVAC or Plumbing services to definitely consider giving Dortch and Sons a call.
I live over one and half hours away from their home base. They traveled , arrived on time and completed a complete furnace and AC unit which was located in very tight area in the attic . Job was completed in a very timely professional manner but the kicker was I had and tiny water leak with the AC unit, called them and they responded and traveled the next day to correct the issues. Thanks so much ! Highly recommended !
Vince and Matt have been nothing short of amazing. Called them up to install a gas line for our grill and fixed our heating unit. They were incredible detailed, professional, experienced, and the customer service was everything you expect. Highly suggest!
I got Vincent's name as a referral by a family member. My very first communication with him made me feel that he was professional and knowledgeable. He immediately knew about the old HVAC system and said he could help. I did not have to wait long at all for him to come out. He had good communication with me prior to arriving, so I knew exactly when he would be arriving. He was very friendly and respectful. He charged me the price he said he would charge, which was reasonable and comparable to other quotes I had received. I plan on doing some additional work with Dortch and Son and will be having him do work at another property as well. I consider them to be my "go-to" HVAC servicer at this point.
This is the second time we’ve used Vince and his team. In our first home, they saved us in the midst of summer when our entire HVAC crapped out. When we moved into our new home and were left with our new range in the middle of our kitchen (thanks to Best Buy refusing to work on the installation) Vince came in and worked tirelessly until our gas line was reconfigured and our range was set perfectly in our new kitchen. They are truly the best. So professional, clean, affordable and didn’t stop until it was perfect. Can’t thank them enough. Absolutely recommend them!!
Vince did a great job installing our new A/C system. He clearly explained what he did and followed up to ensure that everything was working well. Everything was delivered and installed exactly as he described in his proposal.
Vincent was a real pleasure to deal with; returned calls (texts) promptly, very clear on appointment times, and kept his promise on the scheduled appointment time. I found Vincent very professional and highly knowledgeable with A/C systems often giving tips on better maintenance and equipment performance. Highly recommended!! Vince does great work. He's reliable, conscientious, thorough, respectful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He always gets back to you quickly and let's you know when he will arrive. He follows up on his work to make sure that everything went well or if any issues arose. He has worked on several projects with us including AC, heating, furnace, fridge, dishwasher, plumbing, etc. He's an expert in HVAC and appliances. We've recommended him to family and friends who have had similar experiences to ours.
Vince and crew were very professional and they are very knowledgeable. Vince first came to quote me for a new system in my rental property. He determined that it didn’t need to be replaced but only repaired. He saved me tremendously on that. Shortly thereafter, my home HVAC and furnace broke down. Vince gave me the best of three prices and he and the crew came to do the replacement in only a couple of days. They installed a good quality known system. They were timely and clean. I very highly recommend Dortch and Son!
True professionals. Our A/C unit went out and needed full replacement. The team responded quickly and was able to diagnose and install new unit. Awesome experience, best HVAC team in NJ!

Our air conditioning broke in the beginning of the summer and we were in a panic to find a good company that would help us fast and also be affordable. Dortch and Son LLC did an AC install on our house a year ago and we were highly impressed by their professionalism. They did incredible work in a timely manner and we have not had an issue since. Matt and Vince have done multiple jobs are our house. They installed a gas line for an outdoor fire pit and made a furnace repair. They are extremely knowledgable and professional. Both jobs were done in a timely manor and job sites were cleaned up afterwards. I have already recommended them to friends and family!

Vince, Matt and the team could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. I called Dortch and Son to get a quote on a full HVAC install. They came out within a day or two, provided me with the best quote (by thousands), and gave me a potential start date. Once I signed on, they provided me with various heating and air conditioning options, and began ordering at the materials. everything came rather quickly, and they started right when they said they could. They worked every day until the project was done, gave me a run down of all work completed for the day, and left the house clean throughout the project. Couldn't recommend these guys more, and absolutely plan on using them for another large job in the near future.
Have used Dortch and Son LLC for multiple HVAC jobs. He recently completed a big job of installing my heat and AC at my new home. Brand new units, duct work, gas lines, and took all the necessary steps to correctly install everything. Quick and responsive customer service where you’re actually talking to a human and not an automated machine. Can’t beat the price of service unless you plan on doing your HVAC yourself. With 30+ years in his field, I will continue to use Vince and his team for the future.
