Joe was very pleasant and professional. He responded to my project on Thumbtack, gave me an estimate on the average cost of installing a whole house humidifier and he came out that same day to look at the furnace where the humidifier would be installed. That was Thursday and he was able to install the humidifier that following Monday. Service was quick and the price is great. Joe also did a great job explaining to us on how to use the system. I would recommend Dornan HVAC and I would use them again.
Joe did beautiful work! Fit our project into his full schedule right away and solved a complex cold air return problem. The work is excellent! Great person to work with!
Joe installed our AC unit this summer and it works phenomenal! We are so happy with his work and he did a ton of duct work for us as well that was much needed. Over this cold weekend our furnace went out and Joe came over on a Sunday afternoon to fix it for us, such a life saver! Would recommend his company a million times over! Thanks Joe!
Joe was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I asked a lot of questions throughout his inspection and review of each part and he took the time to answer each question fully. Very reasonable priced and without the hard upsell to replace parts that showed wear but didn't need to be replaced. Plus, he fit me into his schedule quickly.

I hardly ever write reviews, but if your looking for an HVAC company you will be very happy with, Dornan HVAC is the one you want. I was not really looking forward to replacing my 30 year old furnace but am excited about my new HVAC system and smart thermostat now. Joe explains all of the options, efficiency and benefits without trying to sell you something you don't need or want. He put in the extra work needed to correct some of my duct work on a difficult multi level home to make sure things were running efficiently. He went through the extra work to make sure it all looked great. He could have just installed everything but you can tell he takes pride in his work and wants it to work well and look good too. Very courteous, timely, easy to talk to, doesn't make or leave a mess. He checked back in to make sure we were happy with everything and things were running as they should. Knowledgeable and helped with new smart thermostat and helped with rebates. oh.... and I have the best looking AC unit in the neighborhood, I almost wish it wasn't tucked away on the back of the house. I would attach picture of the AC but its raining. And the price was very reasonable with no "surprises". I can't say enough good things about the whole experience with Dornan HVAC.
Outstanding service! Joe took the time to do the job right, and was willing to travel all over the greater Twin Cities metro to get the right parts and finish the same day. Explained and labeled everything clearly, and couldn’t have been nicer. Will absolutely use Dornan again in the future for all my HVAC needs.
Joe did a great job with my AC install and he put in some new duct work and a built in humidifier plus a new smart thermostat. He found me deals on all the products and was done in only a few trips. He made sure everything was working properly before he packed up! Would definitely recommend.
